We had a group booking here for our wedding in Tbilisi in March 2024.
Had to say we were not the easiest bunch to please due to the fact that we had guests coming from all over the world in small groups! The team at Glarross tried their absolute best to accommodate every single of our questions and requests. Beginning with the communication, stay until the end of the stay, everyone from our group was thoroughly satisfied.
The hotel itself's located in the heart of our Tbisli in a very quiet and safe area full of shops and kafes.
The rooms are spacious, new and very clean.
The staff are extremely professional friendly and will go above and beyond to make you comfortable.
Thank you for making our wedidng a special one.

Nice hotel, in the center, the location is super.
The rooms are cozy, neat, and the sound insulation is not bad. Minus, the window does not open, but if it does not bother, you can safely take it. The breakfasts are good, the choice is large, for every taste. , the staff is very pleasant, responds quickly, check-in in 10 minutes)))

The location of the hotel is very cool, everything is nearby and the main avenue with a shopping center and all the sights of the Old Town. The hotel building itself is somewhat strange in the shape of a triangle, because of the panoramic glazing, the windows of the rooms are visible from the corridors. Among the disadvantages: standard rooms are very small, cramped bathrooms. When cleaning the room, the carpet was not vacuumed, otherwise the cleaning was of high quality. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are snow-white, soft bathrobes.
The hotel staff is beyond praise!!! The reception promptly resolved the issue of changing the room. The waiters are very friendly and friendly. A very comfortable stay!!!

I will give a maximum of 3 stars, and that's because I am a kind person: there is no parking (it is stated that there is), the attitude of the staff is terrible (otherwise almost like in the whole city), they gave a deluxe room instead of a standard one, saying that there are no rooms, although they booked, and that the room has a better view (absolutely nothing from the standard does not differ, it is even further away from the elevator right at the very end), the rooms are very small, there is no YouTube or Internet on the TV, for which I do not understand 5 stars!

A couple of times my door to the room was not slammed after cleaning, I came to an open room where I had valuables. It's good that it's not so noticeable from the outside, so nothing was stolen, but for a hotel of this level it's unacceptable. There was also a situation with irons - they were not in the rooms, they were provided on request at the reception - not the most convenient story when you urgently need to iron things.

The only thing is that you can't open the windows - they are panoramic. The climate system regulates heat and cold, but not oxygen. It is stated on the website of the bathroom, but in the whole hotel there are only showers - this was important to me when choosing

It is impossible to open the curtains, everything is visible from the windows opposite! They write on the website that there is one bed, in fact it is two beds! The room is very small, there is no single dial! No one helps with the suitcase! beautiful staircase made of plastic.

We have booked 8 rooms for 4 families. They sent requests to give us connected rooms so that parents could come to the children not along the corridor, but through the door that covers the through passage between the rooms. We arrived at 12:00 on the day indicated on the website, but we were told that we would be checked in only at three. Then we were told that there was only one room at our request. But 20 days before arrival, we were confirmed that we would be staying in the combined rooms. We decided to look at the room that was offered to us. It smelled of sewage and was dirty. The carpet is covered with markers, and I'm not talking about the toilet at all. So I don't advise you to come here.
