A cozy, cute family hotel. We had a rest in March of the 23rd year. The location is excellent. Nearby is the mausoleum of Amir Timur. We walked to Registan. And at the same time, he is on a quiet street. You immerse yourself in the local flavor. We lived in a triple room on the 2nd floor. I really liked the room, because lying on the bed you could see the dome of the mausoleum and listen to the call. It's just very soothing. Good hearty breakfasts. Samsa is made of thin dough, the hotel cooks everything themselves. As I understand it, the hotel belongs to the family and they work there themselves. They are very friendly and attentive. We decided to sit on the roof deck, although there was still a small renovation going on. We asked for permission and everything was prepared for us there, wiped, and some snacks were brought to the wine for free. So welcome....))) In general, we were offered tea all the time. And they suggested where you can eat a wonderful pilaf. I have been to Uzbekistan twice already and I am sure that it is necessary to stay in small family hotels in order to feel the local hospitality, cozy little things, see this colorful interior and chat with the hosts. Thank you very much!
It's an amazing place. A great hotel for a little money. Delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, good furniture and renovation in general. The location is right in the center, close to all the attractions. There is a view of Tamerlane's mausoleum from the 3rd floor of the terrace. I advise everyone.
A great guest house. The room is clean, the bed linen is clean, everything is neat, the staff is polite. Breakfast is just a bomb: pancakes, eggs, samsa, oatmeal, cheese, cottage cheese, fruits. You can rest.
A beautiful stylish hotel in the center of historical Samarkand. Near the Mausoleum of Gur Emir, Registan Square within walking distance, excellent roof terrace. Clean new rooms, snow-white bed linen, friendly hosts who are ready to help. The breakfast is excellent, with a large selection of products.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The main attractions and tourist spots are within walking distance. There are many large parks with fountains around.
A beautiful, restrained interior with carpets, paintings, and wood trim.
Attentive, unobtrusive service: there is always someone at the reception desk, on occasion they offer to make tea/coffee.
Clean lobby and rooms, clean air inside the hotel (despite the fact that some rooms do not have Windows to the street).
High-quality room cleaning, all cosmetics are completely updated daily.
About breakfast: a lot, delicious, attentive service.
We were very satisfied
It's a great place. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, one small minus is the old towels or why they are hard. A very tasty and hearty breakfast is served with a lot of dishes, a little bit of everything, but that's enough.
Not all rooms have windows to the street, most of the rooms have windows to the reception. The breakfasts are excellent. Pleasant, courteous staff. Historical center, beautiful view of Tamerlane's Mausoleum from the veranda
A small cozy family hotel, excellent location, magnificent view from the upper terrace, great breakfast. Among the disadvantages are rooms without Windows, please specify when booking.
A small family-run hotel with the unique energy of the East. We stayed only for a day and did not regret our choice. The convenient location, clean and cozy rooms, the decoration of which is tastefully stylized to match the Oriental flavor, the hospitality of the hosts did not leave anyone indifferent. The rooms are small, and that's probably why it's customary to leave shoes in the hallway. It was the first time in Central Asia, probably in small hotels it is customary. It didn't bother us at all. There is a terrace with tables on the roof of the hotel, the sons of the owners offer to bring tea to the roof, in addition to tea, nuts with raisins were also brought as a compliment from the hotel. At breakfast, everything was offered so that the guests could taste the local cuisine. We did not regret choosing a hotel in Samarkand!
The three of us had a rest in May in a room for four. I really liked the hotel! Clean, cozy, excellent service. Breakfast is beyond praise! Many thanks to the staff for their kind attitude towards the guests!
The hotel is conveniently located near Gur Emir. At the same time, on a quiet narrow street. Nice people work. The breakfasts are not a buffet, but they are very hearty and delicious. There is an outdoor dining area on the roof, you can sit and admire the surrounding city, Gur Emir. The only disadvantage, for which I do not give the maximum rating, is that some of the rooms do not have a window to the street, we had a window in our room right in the lobby of the hotel. If you take a room with a window facing the street, then the option becomes ideal.
The staff is wonderful. In general, there are no complaints about the hotel, only words of gratitude and admiration for your kindness and responsiveness!
A wonderful, cozy hotel in the very center of Samarand. Clean, beautiful. There is everything you need. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Veranda with city view

They respond quickly to any requests.
There were no problems with solving
minor issues. They always offer everything
possible to make your stay
comfortable. Children dream of having breakfast
at home as in a hotel.
Gatherings in the evening on the attic / roof
of the hotel for tea, overlooking the illuminated
mausoleum of Gur Emir is something..
Everything is within walking distance, if
you can't walk for a long time, Yandex taxi or
a regular taxi will take you for very
inexpensive ..
Not that you didn't like it, but if
you have claustrophobia, ask for side
rooms with windows to the street because the
interior rooms have windows inside
the hotel.. It didn't bother us in any other
way..
Super hotel, we arrived at 6 a.m. from the train from Bukhara, we thought we would wait for check-in at the reception for a long time ... But ... the owner immediately checked us in, and even fed us breakfast ... very hospitable! They give sooo much for breakfast , it 's impossible to eat alone 😊the hotel is located right next to the sights
One of the best hotels I've ever lived in. It is very clean, there are all the necessary shelves and lockers, very comfortable beds. The breakfasts are delicious. But the most important thing is the staff, they can read minds and guess desires.
Nice European-style hotel in the center. You can walk to most of the attractions.

Beyond all praise! As a guest, not in a hotel. Everything is new, clean, and cozy. It is made with a soul, everything is thought out for the guests. Breakfast is a separate topic. The number of dishes and their taste is a real oriental hospitality! If you need early check-in, without problems and without extra charges, they can arrange a transfer, they will help you with everything, they will tell you everything. Of the cons: it's not a very fast Internet, but I even managed to work.
The owner's terrible attitude towards roasting. We booked rooms with a terrace through booking, but in fact they tried to move us into rooms without windows (there are more than half of them in the hotel) for a price higher than recorded in the booking. There is deception all around. They refused to relocate, there is no terrace in sight, communication is rude and offensive. As a result, we were looking for another hotel in the night.
I really liked everything! The hosts are great. The breakfasts are excellent, we are satisfied!

A new stylish hotel in the immediate vicinity of Gur Emir. Plentiful breakfasts. There are tables and armchairs on the roof where tea and sweets can be brought. I recommend.
