Convenient location. Meydan can be reached on foot in no more than 10-15 minutes along the streets of the historical city center.
We lived here 3 times. The rooms have everything for relaxation. Clear. Conditioner.
Meals and tea/coffee can be prepared in the kitchen.
A very pleasant, friendly and hospitable host.
Now, for future trips, we are not even considering other places.
A cozy hotel in the historical part of the city, tourist spots within walking distance.
The room is clean, freshly renovated. The hotel has a kitchen and a terrace.
The owners are nice people.
I liked everything very much, thank you!
It is difficult to call this hotel a hotel - the harkteristics of a Hostel would be more suitable for this place. And this is not even a quibble, but an obvious fact: the lack of signage and reception. Upon arrival, the taxi driver found us the "hotel", who asked passers-by where this "hotel" was. Going inside the "hotel", we got as if to some family in the kitchen (it is also the reception, the common room). We were checked in after 4 hours of waiting. The room corresponds to the photos posted on the website, but it is very different in reality - dark, damp, lack of any storage cabinets - there was only a floor hanger, on which hung 2 hangers. All 4 days of "rest" in Tbilisi, the things were in the suitcase. I did not live in the main house, but in an annex next to it, the windows faced the street and the porch of the main building - no one knows about the bars on the windows here. Every time I closed the room, when I left, I thought about "why am I doing this? After all, you can get into the room through the window from the street." Closing the window was not an option, because immediately the room starts to stink. The bathroom had no normal drain, after each bath all the water spread throughout the room (careful! you can slip up and make it) . Of course, there was nothing to wipe it with. Not once in 4 days has the room been cleaned, even the garbage has never been taken out. We had to take toilet paper from the empty room next door ourselves. The owner held daily night drinking parties with friends and some of the guests, which prevented my friends who lived in the main building of the "hotel" from sleeping. In the next building, noisy conversations on the porch interfered with me in the mornings.
Also, an institution that positions itself as a Hotel, in my opinion, should be more customer-oriented. When I left, I forgot my AirPods Pro headphones at the hotel, contacted the owner so that he would send them to me in Russia, but apart from promises, I did not receive anything else (I attach screenshots). If you position yourself as a HOTEL, then have a room of forgotten things! And at the request of customers, RETURN THEIR BELONGINGS TO THEM! I'm disappointed with my vacation, the hotel is TERRIBLE.
The hotel is located in the old town, almost the very center for pedestrians 👍🏻 The cost is adequate, the check-in is fast. The room is clean, there are towels. There are no slippers. Cosmetics are available. It was cool in the room, but there is a battery, which is a big plus for Tbilisi. There is a shared kitchen, you can use the dishes. The administrators speak Russian very well. I took one star for the fact that when choosing a room we chose 2 separate beds, but in fact we were given a room with one large bed. An additional blanket can be provided upon request.
I do not recommend this hotel. Forgotten things will not be returned to you (airpods), and it is difficult to call this place a hotel, rather a hostel with cardboard walls and night gatherings, so if you plan to sleep on an old creaky bed, you will not succeed
A cozy, atmospheric place in the heart of the old town. Each room has a private bathroom. Beautiful view from the window. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need: from spices to wine. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, toaster and kitchenware. The owner is friendly, we met him at night.
A very cozy and interesting hotel in its own way. A distinctive feature is the common space of the kitchen-living room. There are no dishes or appliances in the rooms. Everything is in the common area, but that's the beauty of it. Evening gatherings with other guests and the owner of the establishment will remain in your memory for a long time 😊
Great hotel! The responsive and attentive staff, on their own initiative, upgraded my room category, which was very pleasant! The new hotel opened no more than a month ago, clean, pleasant rooms, delicious breakfasts. For the New Year, there was a gift from the hotel, a delicious buffet with drinks for different tastes.
