We had a rest in July. A good hotel, excellent rooms, breakfast is purely nominal, we could not understand it, everything is very tasteless. The idea of the cafe on the top floor is great, the view is beautiful, the design is great. But) apparently I'm not used to the Georgian service yet)) he is sincere, it seems) but not service, from the word "well) as we can", there are big TVs, there is music, it would be nice to arrange the background during breakfast, for a better awakening))but at the request, the look of the woman who serves breakfast was full of such indignation and panic that we quickly retreated)
I would really like the maids to be asked to talk as quietly as possible, since the audibility in the hotel is very good, they can talk from room to room, regardless of the time) quiet hour, night, morning))
Also, I think it's okay if you ask guests checking in at night to be a little quieter and respect the rest of other guests. I understand that everyone comes and goes "emotionally", but still, if you say something like, "we are glad to see you, please, we ask you to observe silence during accommodation, then all guests will simply remember that they are not alone in the hotel.
A simple hotel, but clean, tidy, the most valuable thing was the attitude of the staff, very understanding, friendly, they seemed to accept you into the family, ready to help and answer questions. A good hotel, if I still come by myself, I will most likely stay with them.
Unfortunately, the audibility in the rooms is catastrophic! I do not recommend using the word at all! For several nights now, guests have been settling into an almost empty hotel - the rumble of the elevator, the slamming of doors; their TV and conversation can be heard in our room, as if they live with us. The staff is friendly, the room is large, the breakfasts are acceptable. But such audibility nullifies all the efforts of the staff, alas! To wake up at 3:20 from the check-in of the guests and not sleep with them for the rest of the night ... on vacation ... I will not wish anyone
