I rested twice - in 2018 and 2020 in winter (February). The impression was very good, the hotel fully justifies its 4 stars.
Excellent food (breakfast +dinner buffet). Convenient location - on foot no more than 150 meters to the ski lifts from the hotel.
Nice spacious rooms. One drawback is that there is no dryer in the ski and boot storage, the boots were worn wet in the morning. Starting from the second day, we took the shoes to the room to dry them :-(
But in general everything is fine, I recommend it.
Excellent foursome, a hundred meters from the TV cabin. By the way, from the locker garage you can go directly down to the Soldeu lift, bypassing the telecabin. It is relevant if there are small children.The rooms are modern and large.Compared to other hotels (Encamp, La Vella) - quiet!!! A lot of Englishmen.Their young people get drunk in bars and shout for up to 3 hours, but excellent double-glazed windows remove this problem, even if the room overlooks the slope and, accordingly, the main artery of the country.The staff is friendly, clean. Two shops, practically opposite. We were very satisfied.

Comfortable beds and good quality bed linen, very tasty breakfast and dinner. Daily room cleaning, everywhere in the hotel is clean and warm!
Good location, 50 meters to the ski lift. Good breakfasts and dinners.a weak sauna, a very weak gym, ski storage without drying boots.the rooms are a little shabby, but I liked it anyway, the price is high quality.Cheaper but better than in Sochi.
