We had a rest in June 24. I liked the hotel, they cleaned, changed towels every day, the staff was very polite, the transfer to the sea was not very convenient from 9.00 to 13.00. It was very hot, I wanted to be taken away early, like all other hotels at 11.30. The food was varied, for several days the service was for dinner individually. There are many shops nearby within walking distance, a fish market. We'll come again.

I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. 3 beds were paid for. They put a cot instead. The hotel is very, very, very bad. The attitude is damn negative. There's water on the toilet floor. The air conditioner is not in order, it does not warm. It's cold in the room. Only the cleaning and the staff are polite. The reception does not understand Russian. In general, these Arabs are very slow people. I wouldn't hire such people! We plow from morning to night, we earn money for a vacation, and here they are late for one excursion, and again we don't go straight to the second one, but we pick up others from Nefertiti and bring them to the tour through the circle, and only then Us! We are also the first ones from the airport, the nearest ones, and we go to distant hotels first, then we took the guide home to Palm Trees, and then we got a favor in Sharjah. Shampoo, balm, lotion, shower gel, soap, 1 bottle of water 0.5 per day per person if not all included. Towels are given to the pool and to the beach, but small children are not allowed) They feed a lot and tasty! The pool is good, there are a lot of sun loungers, umbrellas are few. I did not understand whether the money was changed at the reception or not, because when I came for it, they refused, but... changed. The rate is lower than in the bank. The beach is also great, clean. Especially for children. The sand is shallow, the entrance is shallow, far to the depth. Fish swim, crabs run. Admission is free for hotel guests, and an umbrella and sun loungers are paid. The umbrella is 30 dirhams, the chaise longue I do not know was not taken.

The hotel is urban, the bus takes you to the beach only in the morning there and back at 13:00, there is a good swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas on the territory, towels are provided separately for the pool, separately for the beach. Very convenient location, if you relax in Sharjah, then in it. Everything is within walking distance from it. There is a shuttle service to the sea in the morning, but we got there on foot (50 minutes) or by taxi.

We liked the hotel, recently renovated in a modern style, the staff is polite, the room was cleaned every day, as for the room there are shortcomings: the bathroom critically lacks shelves that would even just put shampoo and soap had to put everything on the recess above the toilet. There is no pressure in the shower that is familiar to us in Russia, you just turn on cold water to the maximum and very warm water goes, it will be difficult to wash the head of a girl with long hair. The condition of the bathroom is 3+ there are a lot of jambs in repair. The bedroom has a spacious, comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning with temperature control, a large TV with Arabic channels that we did not watch. Panoramic Windows with good enough sound insulation, each room has a spacious balcony, there is a safe, refrigerator.
We liked the pool at the hotel, clean and spacious with different depths, there are umbrellas and sun beds, towels are given both to the pool and to the beach. There is a small Playground, large tennis, table tennis, football field, indoor gym.
Food - we were 12 days, I can say the breakfasts are monotonous but delicious, though in the end I didn't want to eat them anymore. The dinners were delicious and varied, sometimes there was even a barbecue and barbecue, pilaf with large pieces of meat was served, desserts were always at lunch.
Dinner is almost the same as lunch, only not as chic as lunch.

We are currently staying at this hotel. It cost 170,000 with breakfast for 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old. A beautiful lagoon with a promenade and an alley of palm trees nearby. We have a view on the right side - the Ferris wheel and the UAE flag. Disadvantages of the hotel:
- long check-in. We waited for 3 hours. But at this time, you can use the pool.
- pipes leak when you use the sink;
- poor drain and shower location - after 5 minutes, the shower fills the floor to the toilet;
- poor ventilation. It feels like someone is smoking either in the room next door or on the balcony, with our balcony closed. If you turn off the ventilation in the toilet, it smells bad of dampness. - The room is to the left of the elevator - there is never any sun. No sunrises, no sunsets :(
- poor sound insulation - you can hear everything that is being said in the next room.
- they forget to bring towels after cleaning. Once, for some reason, they put fresh towels on a dirty suitcase that was lying on the floor in the hallway, and not on a shelf in the bathroom.
- toilet paper is not brought for the third day (upd. They did not bring it until the end of the rest). There was a pack of napkins in the room, which we put next to the toilet instead of paper. She was also taken away during the cleaning.
- cleaning. The bed is not changed, cups and teaspoons are not washed. Now we have already put up a do not disturb sign, because cleaning for 5 days was to make the bed, throw out the trash, pick up towels and do not put fresh ones, which you need to go to the reception.
- the TV is not working (this would not have been noticed if the child had not fallen ill and would not have had to stay in the room, so it's just a trifle)
- upd. Check-out is at 2:55. They called at 1:40 and kicked them out of the room, saying that the guide called them and said that the bus would arrive in 5 minutes. The bus arrived at 2:55 a.m. Why lie that someone called them? They asked the guide - no one called. Keep in mind and don't get fooled by this.

In general, about Sharjah. If you need to travel to Dubai, lay down 24 dirhams at least for a trip for 1 person there / back. Silver unlimited cards for 110 dirhams per week do not work. In any case, you pay 12 dirhams when you get on the bus.
We gave 20 thousand rubles for buses/ metro for four in 5 days.
About the food. We only took breakfast. To come to dinner at the hotel restaurant - 85 dirhams per person.
But there is a restaurant nearby where locals go - Bukhari Al Khaleej. Huge portions. You can take it with you and eat in the room. We had dinner 3 times - 3 times we took portions less and less, overeated, but could not overpower their huge portions. Dinner was 80-85 dirhams per family. A great hotel for families with and without children.
If you are a tourist from Russia, as in my case, then this hotel has staff who at least understands Russian. Although you should not count on this, it is still Dubai and knowledge of English at least at a conversational level is mandatory here.
At the hotel, you can choose to stay with one-time, two-time or three-time meals. The food is delicious, there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is polite, always neat and friendly.
Now let's go through the hotel itself and the rooms:
The room I rented was clean, with a view of the river and the amusement park. But there was still one negative🙁 It's a terrible Wi-Fi. I don't know how it happened, but my room had terrible Wi-Fi. Other people's Wi-Fi was better, but when I found out it was too late and I didn't figure it out anymore. Since the Wi-Fi in the lobby is excellent.
The hotel itself has a good location as there is a steam train market, butterfly island, and a river nearby (which seems to have a fantasy show on weekends, but I'm not sure in the evening).
In a 15-20 minute walk there are three fairly large shopping malls, cheap souvenir shops (1-20 dirhams is called), and grocery stores.
The hotel also has a shuttle service to the sea and to the shopping center in Dubai.
There is also a swimming pool with music and a mini bar. The water is cool despite the heat and the drinks at the bar are excellent.

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are quite similar. Once there was mashed potatoes, mostly rice, noodles. Sausages, there are fresh and steamed vegetables. Delicious cinnamon buns. From fruits papaya, watermelons, melons. Delicious hummus. The soup was once vegetable, not tasty. Porridge for breakfast is also so-so.
It was our first time, we liked it.
From February 20-24, we did not go to the beach, because there is a red flag and you can't swim anyway. But we walked to see it. Along the way, you can buy a lot of fresh fruits and smoothies. Walk for 40/45 minutes at a pace.

Great hotel. We had a rest in March 2023, we liked everything. Clean, cozy rooms (cleaning was done every day), polite, friendly staff (there are several people with knowledge of Russian). There were no problems with communication. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, which are included in the price. The food is delicious, varied (we took breakfast and dinner, but if necessary, you can change dinner for lunch, which is very convenient when traveling on excursions). The only advantages are the presence of a sauna with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor pool and a good view from the window, if you're lucky. We had a family vacation from January 8 to January 15, 24, the food is monotonous and the choice is very meager, only an omelet saved at breakfast, for which you need to stand in line. During the whole time, the room was not cleaned properly, the floor was not touched, only the replacement of shower accessories, water and beds were made. The beds themselves are hard, the blankets are not removable, the pillows are huge. There is no sound insulation, the door does not seem to be there, everything and everyone can be heard well. Although I read about the shower in the reviews, I thought they just don't wash neatly, but no, it's true, the barrier is narrow, water easily gets on the floor to the toilet. There was no desire to go to the beach in the morning, it was cool, we took a taxi 15-17 dirhams in one direction after lunch. By the way, you can't call a Yandex taxi in Sharjah, but in Dubai without any problems, we used it. Despite all the shortcomings of the hotel, we had a good rest, visiting various excursions, but if we go again, it's definitely not this one, since there is something to compare it with (that year we were at the Ramada hotel in Ajman, an order of magnitude better, there was also a free bus to Dubai Mall every day).

Great location! Right next to the waterfront. It takes about 9 minutes by taxi to the beach (sometimes a little longer).

We stayed at the hotel from 04/08/24 for two weeks. The hotel has a very poorly organized transfer to the beach! There are constant queues, everyone is pushing, climbing out of line, in order to leave, the queue must take 40 minutes before departure, since the bus is very small and accommodates only half of those who wish. There is an alternative by taxi for 400 rubles one way. We "tried" the transfer for a couple of days, and decided to take a taxi so as not to spoil our vacation with this nightmare! The hotel has a very poor breakfast, only an omelette and boiled eggs and watermelon are edible) tomatoes and melon are constantly green, paper sausages. I have been to many countries, the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars! After the flooding on April 17, the pool was closed for 3 days, there was no transfer to the beach and Dubai for several days, there was no way out of the hotel, everything was flooded, they were not in a hurry to pump out the water. They were able to leave the hotel only two days later, they found a way around. And so everyone walked above the ankles on the water, with the smell of sewage. There is no organization, even if they put up a bridge! People have been sitting on sun beds by the non-working pool for 2 days, they can't leave the hotel! As in the conclusion!It turned out to be a good vacation! I do not recommend the hotel!

There is a heated swimming pool. Towels are provided for both the pool and the beach. There are enough sun beds.Near the embankment, you can take a walk in the evening. There are singing fountains nearby. There is a shuttle service to the beach. I didn't like the beach itself, there is no vegetation and at the time of our vacation it was very shallow. You won't stay hungry in a restaurant. You need to know that there is no tea for dinner, but you can always brew it in the room and bring it with you. I advise you to relax at the hotel, if you don't mind the beach.

I liked the hotel. The room is large, two wide beds, a table with armchairs. The kettle, coffee, cream, water are all replenished. We have a balcony overlooking the lagoon and the pool, it was so nice to sit there in the morning. Yes, the minus is the bathroom. The water pours after the shower.we sometimes went to the beach by bus, more often by taxi. Always on the counter 16drx.the bus station is nearby, we took the bus ourselves twice to Dubai and to Abu Dhabi on our own. I recommend the hotel, we liked everything.
