A heavenly and spiritual place in the heart of Belarus on the outskirts of Minsk. The estate has detached houses divided in half, and an awesome restaurant that pampers the national cuisine of Belarus. The staff, there are no words, is ready to drink, feed and bring an order to the house (the kitchen is delicious). The territory has its own pond, unfortunately it didn't come to fishing, we had to leave. A huge plus is the SPA. A hammam, a black sauna., a swimming pool with access to the street under the wall. It is shocking and enjoyable in winter. You can book a massage. It's worth it. The massage was beneficial after a busy day. In general, only positive emotions. This year, 2025, I learned that holidays in Syabry have become unaffordable. Otherwise, respect to the director, whom we also met once. I think it's not a penny to keep a farm, so you need to work hard and save up first. I recommend

It's a wonderful place! The atmosphere both on site and in the restaurant is very pleasant! A bright and cozy room. I was just enjoying the comfort. Very polite and friendly staff.
But why is it so boring!
The portions are small. The price and quality of the food do not match!
Moreover, before the celebration, we came to explore)) and we really liked the food. We ordered a kebab from zlonitna. It's very tasty, and the portion is large. Even after the salad, they couldn't handle it and chose to go home.
And . this is not just my opinion. My guests also gave their opinion!

A great place to relax with company. We rented a house with a sauna. A good sauna for 10 people. The bath attendant Valentin carefully took care of everyone with brooms. Then a pool with cold water and a hydro cannon. Coming out is like being born again. It relieves all fatigue and tension like a hand. On the second level there is a living room. A great dinner with friends, what else do you need for a good rest. You can also lie on an improvised hayloft and remember your childhood in the village. Delicious cuisine, close to home. For amateurs, there is billiards on the 3rd level. In short, I recommend it

A great cozy spa with a limited number of visitors. Everything is by appointment. There is a black sauna. In my subjective opinion, this is the best spa in the city. There is a good restaurant on the territory of the base with liqueurs and quite edible cuisine. The restaurant lacks comfort. Are there more healthy flowers between the tables? Spot lighting. But you can come in after the spa.

Overall, I liked it! A very good restaurant, everything that was tasted is very tasty. A good spa center, clean, not worn-out repairs, I liked the service of the bath attendant. Beautiful territory.
But there were also several important disadvantages:
1. It is impossible to sleep on a bed in the floor of suite 1/3, it creaks from any movement. A very old mattress, pillows and linen. You won't get enough sleep. There is also an ancient worn sofa in the room. Putting children in there is just bullying.
2. There are only 4 items in the breakfast menu, one to choose from. We didn't have enough and had to buy another dish. Also, the staff at the restaurant (young people) quarrel and sort things out with each other right in front of the visitors.

Super!!! I really enjoyed the spa and the massage was very cool! It's a long way from the city, really, but as soon as we arrived, the fresh forest air enveloped us, the frosty weather inspired romance, and the polite staff added a pleasant impression of rest!

I liked the place, the area is clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to relax with friends. There are many gazebos, and for a different number of vacationers: from small ones for 4-6 people (a cozy family dinner with children in nature, or a romantic))), and for large companies, I think up to 20-25 people will quite accommodate. Gazebos are equipped with lighting, there are sockets, everything will be provided for kebabs and other things. Clean and tidy. A cozy artificial pond where you can fish (though for an additional fee.payment), and if anything, you can just buy fish))) so that you don't have any questions at home about whether you were fishing...

I really liked it. What landscapes are there, how beautiful it is, and how many things there are. The restaurant with different rooms, the spa is just wonderful, the outdoor pool is wow! The hit rate is 100%. The service is at a high level. After we've been there, I recommend it to everyone.

The food is three-star, but the serving is top. The salad was delicious, the rest didn't go away.
There are a lot of questions about the spa, rather more about the service! We booked an hour in advance. We came, paid, looked, and there was 240p, but it should be 150p. To the question of why? The admin replied, "What's there to do for an hour?" We only have an hour! Oh, to make a refund, and even by card... it's so difficult... can you come again? I'll mark it. Doubtful, but okay. We agreed not to waste our time. When we left, we clarified once again that we had marked everything! Yes, we are waiting for you within a month! You have 2 hours for one person or an hour for two, just like this time. But we came a second time, and they tell us to pay extra :) tk hour is 75p, although for some reason we passed 60p last time, both times we were on weekends, and we paid for both times on the first visit, strange rules, no?!
There was no desire to return anymore. If you only take a spa, without a black bath and extras, then there is nothing to do there for more than 2 hours.
The place is beautiful, the atmosphere, the idea, the implementation, the presentation, but as often happens, people spoil everything, the service spoils everything, and there is no rest, more tension. But maybe only we are so lucky, and you will be more lucky :)

A favorite place for family holidays. A very thoughtful Spa program and a water-thermal complex, good portions in the restaurant are delicious and satisfying in volume. There is a Playground on site, a pleasant place for a walk. When renting a room, I did not like only the mattress, but it is very individual, so it does not affect the assessment of the place. The staff can be especially noted - everything is very polite, open and not artificially honed, but quite sincere. A traditional place to celebrate the birthday of both family members and parents. Mom is 65 and she is also delighted. Separately, it can be noted that in four years it has never happened so that somewhere nearby in a cafe or together with a Spa there was some kind of noisy company - always quiet and calm.

It's a very cool place, I definitely recommend it. We came here for a weekend for friends. The food is not cheap, but it is very tasty. The territory is beyond praise, very green and well maintained.
I would like to highlight the sauna separately - it is mandatory to visit. Especially if you take the program with the bath attendant Dmitry. He got us so drunk that we slept like children afterwards.
The hotel itself is close to the center, 20 minutes by car. But peace and quiet.

A very cool place! I liked everything, if you don't focus on playgrounds at Moscow time. We were with children for 5 years, one, and the other for 10 months. There are swings and entertainment for both. Well-groomed territory, delicious breakfasts, a gorgeous spa. The room is cleaned every single day, but you can ask and it won't be cleaned. The staff is friendly and friendly, always going to a meeting or compromise.

A cozy place for a family vacation! Peace and quiet!
There were 2 nights in the upper suite. Although the houses have been with the old interior since 2008, but they are perfectly clean!
The food in the restaurant is a separate respect!
We tried different dishes - we didn't find any disadvantages. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices!
The service is reverent and caring!
A chic Spa and a black bath. Everything is neat and clean.

The only advantage of this place is the territory. Very beautiful, the landscape is cool, everything is well maintained, many beautiful plants, etc. That's where the advantages ended.
The price-quality ratio is just terrible. For such money, the quality of the services provided by the house is simply terrible. They look pretty on the outside, but on the inside… Everything is very old, there was no renovation, as if they were built first, and this is at least 15 years for a minute. The plumbing is dead, it is impossible to sleep on the couch, the bed linen for the 3rd guest is all worn out and so it can be listed for a long time.
As for the breakfasts that are included in this Large price, they are very modest. One hot item is available, everything else is for an additional fee, but you have to pay, because with what is offered for free, only a child can eat. There is also a very long wait. The very first ones came for breakfast, there were no people, they were alone, they waited for 30 minutes for the usual scrambled eggs, no one was in a hurry.
Therefore, for this money, I'm sure you can find a much better place!

Here, from the bottom of my heart, I would like to write the warmest and most blissful lines about the place of our stay, in which we are still currently staying, but we will soon leave it.
My wife and I spent a long time choosing a place where to spend our holidays and vacations, we knew that it would be the expanses of the Belarusian lands, but we did not know where exactly. And my eyes fell on the good and kind reviews about the place of rest called "Syabry".
Guys, by God, we didn't look at the photos on the site, we just trusted the words of those who had already rested here and left their feedback. And ...
Arriving and entering a cozy and clean cottage for the first time, looking around the territory and surrounding places, we were just amazed how cozy it is, how clean and how everything is by design it is designed so that visitors can relax both body and soul. With my soul...it is a constant relaxing holiday with children and family, body...It is also a magnificent spa complex with pools and saunas of all kinds and for every taste.
The territory is well maintained, Parking for personal vehicles on the territory both near the cottage and where you can park neatly.
Separately, I would like to mention the magnificent restaurant complex on the territory of Syabrov. The cuisine is very tasty, the chef and the chef have great respect and a low bow for the gastronomic pleasures they have brought. The restaurant staff are sincere girls, very responsive and will always prompt and advise, thank you girls very much!!!
Many thanks to the managers Galina and Olga, their work and care for our rest, this is a separate profession worthy of our deepest respect!!!
Guys, and what locations are here on the territory for recreation! There is a court, a football field and playgrounds. A fish pond for fishing enthusiasts and barbecue grills for relaxing and cooking successful fishing. Everything is natural for an additional fee, but it's worth it.
And ... of course the cherry on the cake!!!! 300 meters from the recreation center there is a huge shooting range with the possibility of shooting from a variety of both combat and bench weapons. A lot of impressions from shooting at the shooting range, very pleasant staff and instructors who will tell and show you how to shoot correctly (I repeat...shooting range with combat weapons and not holostvm, a big difference)
Dear friends, we are just happy that we did not make a mistake in choosing the place of your family vacation and we would like to wish and advise all of you to come here, visit the Mountains and relax as well as it turned out for us.
And for us, Syabry will now be a permanent place of our pilgrimage, and we will invite our friends here again.

We were here for two days from January 19 for the Baptism of the family, we took the lower suite house. The house is clean, cozy, equipped, very warm, has everything you need. We used the Jacuzzi in the room - everything worked. Lunches and dinners can be ordered directly to the house, breakfast is served in the restaurant, but dormitories can be taken in the box to the house. There are always compliments from the restaurant. The prices on the menu are, of course, high by the standards of even Minsk restaurants, but there is a good selection of delicious dishes. They could not use the spa, because children under 16 are not allowed, it is wrong to leave children alone in the house, and to splash around in the spa, in my opinion, is not fair, given that there was no loading in the spa at all.
The territory is very beautiful. It snowed on Epiphany and everything turned into a fairy tale. Christmas trees, animal figures - it was magical. The shooting range of 300 Meters is very close, we got a lot of impressions from the shooting range. There is a distillery in Syabry, they make various alcohol themselves, I saw people from Minsk come specifically for these products.
Thanks to the staff for kindly providing a late check-out.
The prices for the houses are "biting", but this creates an atmosphere of privacy.

We went on vacation with a child, and in the description, unfortunately, I did not see that the age limit for the SPA area is up to 16 years old, this of course was very frustrating, I had to visit the nearest water park, by the way, very decent.Considering that we went in the deep autumn, there were very few classes with the child and left earlier for a day, the money was returned without any problems.I described only a minus, everything else is fine, the houses, the territory, the kitchen are generally a separate conversation.Someone wrote that the breakfasts are small and need to be ordered, we had enough of everything)))

1 star only for the place where the base is located
We arrived for 3 days, in November, the house turned out to be cold, they gave us a gun. The hair dryer is old, weak, girls with long, and even with meek hair, keep in mind, you will dry your hair for at least an hour. On the second floor, the fence made of beams was all broken. The TVs are old and small.
Breakfast was included, the choice of breakfasts is minimal - 2 types of scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, porridge. Breakfast is until 11, we arrived at 10:30, at 11:00 we were told we were already closing, and we had to stuff this incredible breakfast into ourselves as quickly as possible. While we were waiting for breakfast, a woman came and started asking if we had exactly tomorrow included in the price, and how much we paid!
We were with a child of 5 years old, we wanted to go to the pool, but there is an age limit of 16+. A playground for 3, a swing made of tires, well, so-so.
The place is not worth the money for sure.

We went to the spa with my husband and were delighted! Very polite staff and a good massage therapist. For an acceptable price, an excellent outdoor swimming pool and a hot Jacuzzi. I would like to note the presence of a sauna, hammam and sauna. Towels, bathrobes are provided, you can order tea or something else from the bar. A delicious and hearty menu with a Belarusian national accent in the form of pancakes and moonshine (wheat and rye). Storks have built a nest on the water tower. For lovers of water activities near the beaches of the Minsk Sea. Minsk residents come to Syabry on Friday for the weekend, and if the place is popular with the locals, it means that it is really worthy.

We went to the administrator and explained the situation that we would rest both in the institution and in the gazebo, but the administrator turned out to be as uncooperative as the guard, said sit down at the table and order for deepazit, although deepazit is not prescribed, I just invented it turns out. The security guard and the administrator work in collusion and prevent guests from entering the complex as much as possible so that we do not spend our money there)
