Internet is available for an additional fee, there is no washing machine. The attitude towards customers is not caring. I was given the wrong details for making a prepayment via SWIFT.
As a result, after a week-long search for the missing payment, their Slovak bank did not accept the money and returned it back, although banks charged a commission of 80 euros for sending money back through SWIFT. The hotel administration responded to my complaint about incorrect details - "These are your problems!". It really spoiled the mood. And most importantly, why swift was needed at all is not clear, they could calmly withdraw money from my credit card, but they made me nervous, waited a week and as a result gave banks 80 Euros.
