Everything is great, the staff is Russian-speaking, friendly and courteous, the first line from the sea, room prices are reasonable, there is a swimming pool on site, Parking on site. We did not find any disadvantages

Excellent hotel, very responsive Russian-speaking staff, private Parking, huge rooms and a bathroom.
Delicious and hearty food (breakfast included )
Own pool, but 2 minutes to the sea. There are no disadvantages!
