It's a great place, even out of season! You find yourself in a fabulous city with a huge number of fairy-tale characters, pools, gazebos and trestles. The beautiful area is filled with many different trees, flowers and shrubs. A large selection of dishes, cafes, karaoke, a hotel and a sauna complex. In summer, it is recommended to book seats in advance.

I called in advance and booked a place. At the entrance, I paid 60,000 for an adult and 30,000 for children, a deposit of 15,000 for a locker. There are very beautiful decorations on the territory. Several pools of different sizes and depths. There is a heated children's pool. There are tables, sun beds and tapchans near the pool. In the locker room there are two showers, one toilet, a sink, two changing rooms with a curtain. The water is clean. From food: one stick of beef kebab 19000, chicken kebab 10000, grilled vegetables 15,000, juice box 15,000, chicken noodle soup 10000, medium pizza 50,000, corn cob 7000, watermelon plate 20,000. The staff is helpful. We really liked it. We have been there several times.

The water park is decent, some slides do not work in the family area, but in general, the pleasure of swimming with children was received. However, the service is close to zero. I had no reservation and At the entrance the polite girls agreed to my only condition that the table should not be in the sun. In place of this, after one hour, half of the people sitting were in the sun, the hostess could not solve the issue in any way in order to transfer to a normal table, allegedly everything was occupied, she had to show her own impudence and move to the vacant one.
The waitress served well, the quality of the dishes was disrupted by spoiled potatoes in the bbk dish, but the potatoes were replaced at the request.
Towards the end of her stay there, the waitress began to ignore requests to clear the table, which clearly canceled her tip. As a result, we cleaned the dishes and wiped the table ourselves.

We ordered a watermelon, it tasted like garlic, it looks like the knife was not washed before slicing. There are hidden cameras in the men's locker rooms, it was a shock. There is no hair dryer in the women's locker room. The slides need to be repaired.

As a tourist, I can say one thing that the service is at zero. Just outdoor pools. In my opinion and understanding, a water park is a completely different kind of recreation, where there are many water slides and entertainment. There are a lot of staff at the entrance who are just standing around. To get inside, you must first sit for half an hour. Then the receptionist invites you to the reception where they give out bracelets, and which in fact are not needed there at all. The most important thing is the blue bracelet on which everything is recorded and given to one person. It is not possible to fix the bracelet on your hand, because it is very large, it is not fixed in any way and you can easily lose it, and a fine of 1,000,000 soums for loss. The changing rooms are located in the depths of the pools themselves, i.e. you go through the entire water park. The coating is slippery-it is not possible to move between the platforms with pools in rubberized sneakers or barefoot. There is very little space between the platforms and the tables, very cramped. Well, the staff, no one has badges and identification marks that he is an employee of this institution. When forming an order, the waiter was constantly distracted, as a result, he accepted the order, left, but did not bring it to the kitchen, so to speak. When asked why he didn't hand over the sakaz, he just laughed in his face. The food leaves much to be desired. In general, I expected more and better, but alas I did not get it. I think people who have seen the service in other countries will be very disappointed when visiting this institution.
