We lived in early January, when it was up to -26 outside, in a room with a sauna. The room is very clean and spacious, they took a bed for a child for an additional fee, it was very warm, towels were changed every day, Underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet. Among the disadvantages: the lack of a clothes rack and shoe storage in front of the door, there were difficulties with turning on the sauna independently.
Very nice hotel, polite and friendly girls at the reception, especially Daria.
If breakfast was cheaper or included in the price, then it's generally super.
Clean, quiet and central.

I have stayed here many times while on a business trip to Narva. The hotel is excellent, comfortable rooms, always clean, it is clear that the staff is trying. Good location, near the border crossing, train station and bus station. The prices were adequate. The food is good.
Very average hotel, quite expensive (especially now).
There are also certain complaints about cleanliness.
In short, it could have been better.
Of the advantages, this is the center of Narva, everything is within walking distance.
A good hotel, not top class, but quite decent for a stop and rest. The food is quite decent, but what else do you need on the road? I recommend it to everyone.
Excellent location. Near all the sights of Narva, the embankment. Fama Shopping Center is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are modest, but very clean. Comfortable beds, good linen. We settled in much later than the prescribed time without any additional payment. The breakfasts are also modest, but it's enough to eat properly, not to overeat
I can really compare Narva hotels with each other, because I was born in Narva and lived in this city for a long time. But yesterday I was not accepted in Inger because of the smell of alcohol.even for 50 euros without breakfast.Plus or minus, you can judge. The Narva hotel has 32 euros with breakfast, and a clean room.Upset!!!!
The most excellent place!!!!!
My room was a single suite, with a huge bed, sofa, armchair, just that there was no Jacuzzi. A very large space. A TV that I didn't need, carpeting, with a wonderful breakfast, in whatever abundance you want. The room has silk bed linen, 2 towels - large and small.
The huge hall of the hotel, the restaurant is awesome, there is a children's corner there, in the evenings there is music in the hotel restaurant, gatherings. The staff speaks Russian. The keys are really such big barrels, you can't hold them in your hand. Elevator. Wonderful, but expensive spruce. If funds are available, I recommend it!
Behind Inger there is also the Central Hotel (prices are like Inger) and the King Hotel (slightly cheaper). And I will choose Inger between these three hotels. (There are smaller and cheaper rooms there).
I have stayed here many times myself, advised my parents. The disadvantage was the cleanliness of the rooms, not very clean, but not critical. Until Mom lay down on a sewing needle on one of the beds in a triple budget room. I have not seen such trash in any hotel, HOW could I view it? The staff was extremely sluggish and forced to apologize. No one has reported whether any measures have been taken.
A great hotel, for a weekend or a transit! I am pleased with the good buffet and the customer-oriented staff!
It is always a pleasure (not for the first year) to stay here, subject to availability!
Convenient location near the border and the center of Narva. A cozy room with all amenities. Maxim and Rimi supermarkets are within walking distance. There is also a free bus stop to Narva Yyesu
A good hotel to stay at for a couple of nights. There is everything you need, good location, in the city center. Delicious breakfast and coffee. The hotel has a Salvador restaurant, which sometimes features live music.
A good hotel with a convenient location near the border.
If you take breakfast, it's a decent buffet.
The beds are comfortable.
But in the cold season, the rooms, to put it mildly, are not hot and there is only one Russian channel on the TV.
It is located in the center, close to shops. There is a small parking lot. The rooms themselves are ordinary, the furniture is old, the TV is lamp-mounted. There is no kettle. There is a cooler on the floor. It's okay to spend the night.
The room is clean and tidy. The bed is soft. The linen is fresh. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, toilet. There is soap in the dispensers. Two towels are provided. There are cups. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. The elevators are neat. The reception staff is friendly. On January 6, 2019, Breakfast cost 4 euros.
A good hotel, but for some reason I was waiting for the best..The room was very dark and cold. Terrible sound insulation, we listened to children running around the corridor all night.. Great breakfast!!
