A magnificent hotel. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you very much to all the staff for their responsiveness and professionalism. We had a family vacation with a one-year-old child. All conditions. Cleanliness, order, delicious and very varied food.
I liked almost everything, from room service to delicious food. Good pools, a decent water park. Of the baths, I liked the hammam the most, the rest were a little cold for me, including the sauna and the Russian bath.
Not a bad SPA hotel. Nice pools, saunas. Breakfast and dinner are good. The rooms are so-so - the atmosphere and comfort are a weak three. The parking lot is large. The Internet is weak.
We rested at the hotel during the New Year holidays 4.01-7.01.23. A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The decoration during the festive period was pleasantly impressed, which immediately contributed to a wonderful mood. The Superior room with a balcony for 3 adults was quite suitable for us. A wonderful restaurant with buffet meals. We were also pleased with the SPA complex with saunas and mineral water pools. If desired, you can get acquainted with the historical sights of Serbia associated with the royal dynasty of Karageorgievich in Topola. I would like to return to these places.
A place to relax. All without strain. Saunas without shock, warm mineral water to choose from, gentle hydro massage, detox cocktails of all kinds of berry and fruit. Complete relaxation. I recommend staying the night.
The rooms are old, small, and uncomfortable. The food is varied and delicious. But drinks are problematic. I can't find water, coffee, tea. 2 swimming pools: outside and inside. The spa area. You can get to the spa in bathrobes around the hotel, there is a separate elevator
A chic hotel with a mineral water pool!!! It is very valuable for recreation and excellent cuisine!! Everything is super tasty!!! And the beauty of the hotel with paintings is the gallery hotel!!!! A super hotel!! Good service, cleanliness everywhere!!!
The hotel is amazing, we were in May 2020, the rooms are clean, the balcony on the mountain is great, the food is great, the pools are super, there is a cool cafe, an excellent gym and massage, many thanks to the masseuse named Vesna miracle hands, we were delighted for 10 days, next to a park with mineral water taps, everything is super! We visited Belgrade, everything is very useful! We're going again! Thanks and a low bow to the staff of the Izvor hotel!!!!
We were at the hotel in early November 2021. I really liked the hotel. There were 2 adults and a child of 14 years old, so they "fit" only in a two-room room (called an improved double room). We were on weekdays for 2 nights. Towels are changed every day. There were very few people. The thermal complex is simply magnificent. For hotel guests, it is included in the price (bathrobes in the room, towels are given at the entrance to the baths). And so a full-day ticket to the thermal complex per person costs 3,000 dinars on weekdays / 4,000 dinars on weekends. Several pools with thermal water, various saunas and a relaxation room with Himalayan salt. Very clean. I liked the effect of alternating a pool with hot water (+36) with a pool with a water temperature of +30 (according to my feelings +28). The food is delicious. The choice is good. Of course, there were no expensive varieties of fish (there was only trout) and seafood, but the price for the hotel is not prohibitive. By the way, it is cheaper to book on the hotel's website. There is a park right in front of the hotel. We wanted to reach the top of Mount Bukulya, but it started to rain and we had to return and continue our rest in the thermal complex :) One small thing: there is no towel rail in the bathroom to dry the swimsuit after the pool. Of course, it dries up overnight anyway. In general, we are very happy with the rest. I want to go back. Thanks to the hotel staff for an excellent stay!
The best spa hotel in Serbia, in our opinion, though old
The food was excellent
The pools are very pleasant
Access to the water park.
There is a cozy park nearby
The children's room is awesome
The best spa hotel in Serbia. Excellent food, a good spa complex, beautiful halls and corridors, halls and other public places. The staff is friendly to Russians. One thing is unclear - why are the rooms in a 5-star hotel with an area of 10 square meters and poor plumbing.?
A good hotel, it fully corresponds to the declared level. Good service, high-quality and delicious food. It is very good that there is mineral water in all pools, which does not happen everywhere. Among the disadvantages, I would note the lack of massage jets, those that are there are just circulation... There was a great lack of fresh air and a thermal outdoor pool to connect it with the indoor one. I can't appreciate outdoor pools, because they don't work in winter. There are a lot of people on weekends, families with children, but this, however, is like everywhere else. You can have a good rest in the hotel, the water lowers the pressure, restores the musculoskeletal system, etc. We liked it. It is worth getting to know the country and its sources. I will not compare, go and take a look.
The hotel is clearly not 5.The rooms are very cramped, and part of the hotel has been renovated and modernized, some have not.
We stayed there for 7 days and in order to change the linen, we had to change the room. / joke/.
And we did change the room because of the creaky tilt bed.
The food was quite decent, but, of course, not for 5 days.
As for the SPA, it's great:and pools and baths .

A great place to restore your health. Professional staff. Thank you very much 🙏
The hotel is at the foot of the mountain, gorgeous. Everything is very nice, cozy, clean. The spa complex is super. The restaurant is beyond words, delicious, a large selection of dishes. I'm thrilled. Well done. Thanks
I am not surprised that people who have been in Izvor for no more than three days write rave reviews, perhaps they have not seen other hotels or there is not enough culture. We were there for 12 days. There is a beautiful park with mineral springs nearby, they are free, 300 meters from the hotel there is a medical building of the Bukovichka Banya hospital, where we were treated for a separate, low fee. Interiors, interior decoration, furniture in the halls and their decoration, as well.a decorative fountain, all this in IZVOR makes a good impression. Elevators are available, there are signs. Conveniently, a separate elevator leads to the SPA area..The inscriptions are everywhere only in Serbian and rarely something in English, there is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Everything is fine with the Internet. There are only two TV channels in Russian: RTR planet and Russia 24, there is no first channel.
Now, especially about the SPA area. The outdoor pools have not been open since October 1. I evaluate only the internal ones.Saunas are very good and different.A magnificent gym, equipped perfectly. There is no swimming pool with tracks for sports swimming. There are enough beds of different designs for all pools: of course, this is mineral water in a large ellipsoid pool (30 degrees) and two thermal pools (36 and 38 degrees). There are two children's pools, but why do parents drag children and even infants with them to a large adult pool, which is not hygienic. It is forbidden to jump and run and play ball, as the inscriptions in all languages say. No one pays attention to this. After all, there is no control and supervision, they jump, dive, stand in groups in the middle of the pool. And it is not easy for those who want to swim to overcome the often drunken visitors, although the bar does not sell alcohol. NO ONE KEEPS ORDER AND HYGIENE. There is no observer in the hall. Towels are given out at the bottom and then up the steep stairs you have to walk, and a lot of people go to Arangelovats to treat joints. There is only one small Jacuzzi, which cannot be entered when a small number of people gather, but there are also 4 jets for neck massage, and around the perimeter there are jets at the level of the lower back. It's hardly enough. THERE ARE NO CHANGING ROOMS . The shower stalls (6 in total) are open, they only allow you to pour water in a swimsuit, but you can't wash yourself properly before the pool or sweaty people after the sauna, and no one tries, especially since it is forbidden to use detergents. There is an inscription about it near the shower and only in Serbian. Like, swim dirty! NO ONE OBLIGES YOU TO WEAR BATHING CAPS, although they are in every room. Why not give them out with towels and make an appropriate inscription. They swim with their long dirty hair down, and when you swim, you wind hair of all colors around your hand. And this is a five-star?? Where is the sanitary supervision looking? I have never seen the paramedics take water samples. And now a crowd of unwashed, hairy, or even drunk people are rinsing in this mineral water...Think about whether the child should be rinsed there...if there are children's pools. On Friday, visitors arrive in droves by cars and buses for three or four days and then they won't be crowded. When planning your vacation, exclude days from Friday to Sunday. But on weekdays there is another problem. The large swimming pool did not work from Monday to Wednesday, and the thermal pools did not work for three more weekdays. The fee for the stay is the same for each day. and the services were not provided in full, and most importantly, nowhere in the contract did it stipulate the right to partially deprive us of this service. The warning about the shutdown of the large pool appeared only in Serbian and only in one place.so we couldn't reschedule our vacation from October 7 to October 9 in advance.Of course, it is necessary to clean the pools. but then, due to the decrease in services, the fee should be different for these days. In total, out of 12 days, we received only part of the services for 6 days, and despite my appeal to the administration, no one compensated for this in any way, only the inscriptions about the shutdown began to appear in all languages.
.I ADVISE THE ADMINISTRATION TO FIX AT LEAST SOMETHING.For example, oblige to swim in hats, giving them out with towels, and not just put them in the room. You can hang curtains at the shower stalls and prohibit bathing in swimsuits and without soap, organize changing rooms.so that you don't have to change clothes in the toilets. This is elementary and generally accepted in swimming pools. Some hotels set certain hours for children under the age of 12 to visit the pools, or at least not allow children to swim unattended.
ABOUT THE ROOM A 410 room of 25 square meters was chosen.the balcony is nice with a table and two chairs. The passage is very narrow and cramped, which does not correspond to the price charged for the room. The beds are comfortable, regular. There are few hangers in the closet, but they were supplemented at the first request, there is a safe. The linen is clean, it is changed regularly. Just one chair. The refrigerator is mounted in the bedside table.but it's packed with all sorts of bottles and waffles, so there's nowhere to put your fruit or yogurt. There is no kettle, but there are bags of sugar. Two glasses, two glasses.there is no plate or dish for fruit
.SEPARATELY about THE BATHROOM. That 's certainly not for a five-star hotel . There is no bidet, no hygienic shower. Shampoos and soap are in abundance, but squeezing shampoo out of a hard bottle will evaporate. There is only one very small shelf in the shower, there is nowhere to put a washcloth. There is no handle for support, and the floor is slippery, there is no mat..Can't it be supplemented? The towel shelf is so high that I can't reach it with a height of 170 cm. There are only two hangers , and they have bathrobes on them . Can't you screw more clothes hooks on the door? A very uncomfortable cramped room.
ABOUT THE RESTAURANT. Wonderful variety of dinners .very good products. All that was missing was finely chopped greens. Tables are not fixed for visitors, which is not very pleasant, but tolerable. Drinks in the evening for a fee. The breakfasts are monotonous .three kinds of omelets and sausages every day. There are pancakes and lots of fruits. There is no oatmeal porridge and, unfortunately, no cottage cheese, but it is very tasty in Serbia. There is no table for dietary nutrition, but you can always choose something. No excursions were offered . You can take a taxi on your own, for example, to Topola, inexpensively. THE STAFF is polite and friendly. The PRICE does not match the quality and level of the hotel.. That's a good four stars. IZBOR is much inferior in terms of the Abano Terme hotels in Italy and the Hungarian hotels in Hevec, as well as the Alfa Radon Hotel in Belarus.
By the standards of Serbia, it is an excellent hotel.
Restaurant, swimming pool, aqua park - everything is on the level. There is a park with mineral springs nearby.
