We had a family vacation here in mid-September. A wonderful hotel! It is very clean, cozy and beautiful. Convenient location, 7 minutes walk to the sea. For tourists with children, there is a cool playground in five minutes, everything is new and completely safe even for a three-year-old. Excellent service, special thanks to the managers Victor and Irina, the most responsive and positive, they settled immediately, any issues were resolved instantly. Excellent, varied and delicious buffet breakfasts. Thanks to the chefs, even the child was pleased, he adored porridge and dumplings. Well, we loved khinkali😂
Take all the excursions, I strongly advise you, Georgia is great. We will definitely come back, we promise)

Just recently we had a rest in Jim, just super) everything is at the highest level,many thanks to Victor and the waiter Maxim,very kind and hospitable,the kitchen is the best, the breakfasts are awesome, everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are not Euro, but you feel at home,the cleaning is timely.We went with the company and the children, we want to come back again.it's very close to the sea and generally a cool hotel and the people working in it, I forgot to say about massage, I'm the kind of person who can't stand massages, but here it was divine)

Nice cozy guest house. There are many rooms, a separate pool house for 5-6 people. There is a cafe, complex meals, a customized menu. On-site swimming pool, sauna, Parking. Beautiful view of the mountains. There is a billiard room nearby.

Nice hotel. On the second line, it's even better than on the first, quiet and calm. Clean and simple. The food was delicious (we had breakfast) Friendly staff. The linen and beds are comfortable, maybe I wanted chairs in the room, but not critically. I advise you!

If Georgia is only Kobuleti and only Jim ,Victor the manager is a decent ,polite person ,always in touch ,he will tell you everything ,help , for this money there is a decent hotel ,buffet breakfast,swimming pool ,sauna ,billiards ,sap boards ,bicycles,there is everything for a good rest,thank you for a good vacation 🤝

It's a great place. I didn't have enough kettle in the room, but they didn't promise it either. Delicious breakfasts, there was a wonderful evening for dinner. In general, thanks a lot to the guys. The sea is 10 minutes away. In general, Kobuleti is a wonderful place.

I managed to encounter the horror of maintenance and antiservice. The presence of a swimming pool, "photoshop" of photos bribed to make a choice, but disappointment arose after settling in. They gave me a number that didn't match the photo. I understand that there is a photo number and a rental number, they are different, keep in mind. The front door creaks like a pensioner's bones. The walls are greasy and stained. We stayed for two days and decided to turn a blind eye to it. But there's more going on. A mattress is a separate happiness. Broken in the center. Go wash up - a quest. You're squatting in the water, everything is in the water. After washing, if you want to go to the toilet, you need to wait for the toilet bowl to dry or wipe it, but what? The question was asked, what to do with the water? There's a mop in the corner - wipe it off. That was the answer. All the charms we encountered led to the decision to leave this seedy place.

We rested in Jim. We were there for 9 days. During this time, no one has ever cleaned the room or changed the towels.
The rooms are nice, but there are not enough dryers or a coil in the bathroom, as things do not dry at all outside. The room is small. There was only a double bed and ONE bedside table in the room. There was no table or chairs.
The staff is polite.
There is a relaxation area (a terrace on the first and second floors and a swimming pool).

I visited the pool at this hotel. GEL 15 for unlimited is a good price. The water is clean, generally clean everywhere, it's nice. The hotel is conveniently located, there is access to the road, which is important for people with limited mobility. The staff is polite.

A great hotel for a family holiday. Polite and responsive administrator, always help, prompt, in a word, a golden man!!!
By location, near the beach, the beach is very good, also near market-type shops, cafes and restaurants.
The hotel has a small swimming pool, which the children are crazy about. There is a barbecue. Cafe/shop on the ground floor, Parking on site.
Definitely, I recommend this hotel!!!

We had a rest at the end of May-beginning of June. I lived alone in a 2-bed room. Refrigerator, smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bathroom with shower in the room. There is a hair dryer, bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers. Swimming pool, sun beds, sauna! Massage! The manager Victor is attentive, sociable and just a wonderful person! A balanced breakfast, always with fresh fruits. Bar, hookah, karaoke, tennis, billiards! And anyway, I forgot to WRITE something. Precisely! There are still subs if I go, then only in the Jima!

Not a bad guest house. The good-natured, hospitable host of the hotel. Convenient location, quiet and at the same time close to the beach and the park. There is a kitchen and a restaurant, they cook delicious food. The pool is on site, the water is clean. The rooms are air-conditioned. Overall a good place to relax in Kobuleti. The beach in Ureki is a 30-minute drive away, and the market is a 10-minute drive away. The minibus to Batumi is also the final one nearby.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel, which actually looks more like a guest house. There is virtually no service here.
We rested from August 11 to August 21, and during all this time the room was never cleaned, even after our request. The only thing that was done was to replace one towel, which we left on the floor, assuming that it would be changed. It was only on the sixth day of our stay that our bed linen was changed. Because of this, dust and sand from shoes constantly accumulated in the room, and the sink and bathroom were never washed.
I also want to warn you that toilet paper is not replenished here, I had to buy it with my own money. When you go to a hotel, you expect that such basic things will be included in the service, and not cause inconvenience.
The breakfasts leave much to be desired — the same thing every day: porridge or pasta, some vegetables, and croutons from a loaf, which were quickly disassembled by other guests. Pasta was often not enough, we had to settle for porridge. Of the fruits, there was only a watermelon, and once a melon, but they were quickly disassembled. There is no meat as such, only thinly sliced smoked sausage.
The hotel's kitchen is not equipped with hoods, and all the heat and smell of food spreads throughout the room. Already in the morning, the smell of cooking was felt in the room, even on the fourth floor. Water was constantly running down the stairs along the windows.
There is a minimum of furniture in the room: a wardrobe, a bedside table and the bed itself. There is no table or banquette at the entrance. There is simply nowhere to put a bag from the beach or a handbag. This is extremely inconvenient. There is no kettle or even a glass for water in the room, which also causes inconvenience. A minimum set of dishes must be provided.
There are no shelves for toiletries in the bathroom. There is nowhere to put toothpaste and toothbrushes for three people. This creates significant inconvenience.
The shower is just a watering can and a hole in the floor, so you're actually washing over the toilet.
On the plus side: you can order food downstairs, there is a minimum set of dishes. There is a swimming pool, but it may not be suitable for those who disdain to swim after a large number of people. The furniture near the pool is dilapidated, there are holes in the seats, and there is a risk of falling through.
Employee Maxim was always ready to help if he was contacted, for which he can be given 2 stars. Everything else in the hotel requires major improvements.
In general, the rest was not spoiled, but we definitely will not return here.

The food, like everything else, is on the verge of disgusting.We were traveling on a voucher, from breakfast only empty pasta, porridge, or bread with butter and sugar and tea/coffee, that's it!These are the breakfasts for 14 days.Everything on the menu is just tasteless, and the cost is like in an institution.Okay, the food, but you will not be cleaned once during your stay, photos and reality leave much to be desired.There is no shower, you just wash near the toilet and the water is still in the toilet for a day, you go there only in flip-flops, there are holes in the chairs and you couldn't sit on them, it's a pity you didn't have enough brains to take a picture.After the day of arrival, the girls who were traveling with us to this "hotel" just sat and cried.I am attaching a photo of two DIFFERENT breakfasts.
