We had a rest in December 2022. The hotel is cozy and colorful. A wonderful rooftop restaurant. The kitchen is delicious, they asked for a dish without spices, and they did so. The rooms are not new, but they are clean. They provide shampoos, pastes, and brushes. There is hot water.

A very good cafe on the roof. There is an elevator. Laundry service. The rooms are clean. The furniture is not new, but sturdy. Hot water is present 😊
In general, a good hotel for reasonable money.
