So, I finally found inspiration and free time to review the Residence of Santa Claus in Belovezhskaya Pushcha.... Our friends invited us to visit this institution, but not by a weekend tour through a travel agency, but by simply checking in with the purchase of tickets on the spot for the services offered. We rested for 3 days in December of the 21st. Friday - Sunday. Of course, the trip is more for children, but it was interesting for them too! I must say right away - the service in this institution has remained at the level of a scoop. There was no water when checking in, the rooms were tired. But we didn't go for the sake of the numbers, so the rusty water still appeared, it turned out to spend the night and that's fine. Breakfast at the restaurant is a choice, but every day it's the same - either dumplings or a tabletop. We chose a table top with sausages. The sausages are slightly burnt and correspondingly bitter. And so it is edible. You can take food to take away, but keep an eye on the kit, they may not report something like croutons with bacon for borscht.
The pool - when we went there was no one and it's super! But!)) The showers are cold as on the street, the steam room where you could warm up does not work, there are already 2 gnawed boards for swimming.... The water is 29 degrees, high! And the children turned blue while they set up the shower.... I will not appreciate the staff except for one seller near the aviaries, the closest to the aviaries and the farthest from the hotel. When bidding for crafts, he offered to leave his wife for a day, then there will be a discount... The wife herself actually saved this freak, and then protecting my freedom and not the freak himself, and the presence of a large number of riot police on that day.... So be prepared for rudeness if you want to bargain. Well, the culmination is actually the trip to the residence itself) If it's Saturday, then you are a participant in a bull dance where you will run in the crowd overtaking excursions from other regions)))) I immediately sent everything my way and the two families went quietly without running after anyone. I watched as the guides kicked people out of the queue for tea and mulled wine. The nightmare is shorter. My friends and my family so confidently spent a quiet time trying mulled wine, fish soup, and taking pictures wherever they wanted, because domestic buses run every two hours. And even despite this, we left after 2 hours on our buses, even though they gave us 1h20m!))) At the same time, no one was waiting for us, this driver is reinsuring himself by deliberately cutting down time.... In short, for once. We will definitely not go any more.

You should not expect much from the rooms, they are still Soviet-style. The main thing in this hotel is the park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not bad, but the bars are not very good, there is nothing to eat, drinks for an amateur, but very humane prices.

We did not understand the luxury of a suite with a plasticine chip in the door in the bathroom, with a non-working lock on it, with switches in all places except logical ones, with a wild stuffiness in the room and a dripping radiator after it was turned off by a local plumber (by the way, very polite), with furniture that only looks expensive (better boxes are not open)....(((

It resembles an ordinary luxury working hotel of the Soviet period. Everything is clean, decent (there is a mini-bar in the refrigerator with a couple of bottles of alcohol and various snacks, tea-coffee, cookies) and tasteful, but restrained. Building 4 has 2 bars, a swimming pool, a fitness club (a room with exercise equipment). At the entrance to the tour. the complex rented a bicycle - an unforgettable walk: picturesque places and a lot of animals graze in the morning right in the forest (not in aviaries!): there are a lot of deer and roe deer, I saw wild boars with a brood... you just have to drive quietly and not talk to your fellow travelers. It is better to ride a bike to see the animals alone. Choose routes according to your physical strength. If you haven't ridden a bike for a long time or you don't have confidence in your abilities, then I don't recommend more than 13 km.
If we come here again next time, I'll try to live in a house somewhere out of the way.
Prices for Russians are affordable: for a large two-room room - about 5000 Russian rubles per day.

The hotel is located directly on the territory of Belovezhskaya Pushcha. We rested here with my husband for several nights. For a small fee, we received a room + breakfast + 1p / day access to the pool. There is a bar and a tennis table on site (for an additional fee). There is a restaurant next to the hotel where you can have dinner at a later time. The prices are very pleasant.

Those wishing to go to Belovezhskaya Pushcha and stay at the -2 hotel should take into account that it is better to stay in single simple rooms for one adult or an adult with a child. For three people, you should take a two-room suite. Meals breakfast is included, but the menu certainly needs to be reviewed. I don't want to eat dumplings and scrambled eggs for breakfast!
