It's a great place. There's a bomb inside, everything is very beautiful and colorful. The rooms are perfectly clean. The breakfast is just great, I didn't expect this. I would also like to mention the hostess of the hotel and the staff, who are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel itself has a courtyard museum. You can try on local outfits and have a photo shoot.
The location is generally fire. Near the Labi house, Everything is within walking distance. The breakfasts are great, everything is very tasty, but there is one drawback - we left at night, asked to collect the paid breakfasts with us, we were very unpleasantly surprised when there were one sandwich and a jar of yogurt in the package. I would like to say to the owners - don't be greedy, it's not worth it, people will reach out...
A magnificent hotel. It's beautiful, stylish, and cozy. Friendly hosts, authentic atmosphere. The rooms are very clean.
A delicious, rich breakfast. There are plenty to choose from.
In addition, it has a great location. I definitely recommend it
The impression is contradictory from the hotel, yes, the people working there are responsive and polite, as I understand it, one family runs the hotel, but some cons are very noticeable, I'll start with the pros:
Location - yes, everything is fine, by the way, there are hotels at every turn in the old quarter of Bukhara, so there is plenty to choose from
Atomosphere, the hotel is partially occupied by a Caravanserai built in 1865 - so history is right under your feet.
Minuses:
Personally, we got a room with a window opening into a well, even on a sunny day you need to turn on the light in the room and the feeling of an enclosed space was very oppressive, despite the fact that this is not in the booking description, this is not in the photos of the hotel, and of course nothing can be changed on the spot since the hotel is small and all rooms are already occupied.
Breakfasts are a separate kind of art, how to make a rich table feel from a minimum of products. There is no buffet, in particular 4 pieces of cheese are brought for two people, so each of these pieces is so thin that you can not take it in your hands. Porridge is served exactly as in the fable of the Fox and the Crane and so it is done in all other serves. Again, against the background of other budget hotels in Uzbekistan, where for the same money the guest receives a buffet and you can choose exactly what you want for breakfast and in the amount that you want, there is just sadness. Another point is that breakfast is served by one person and the time between when you were given the same cheese and then brought bread, and then porridge is measured in tens of minutes. Breakfast definitely shouldn't be like this. And yes, on the first day I spat on such a breakfast and went to look for a cafe - but the problem is that in the district they all start working only at 12 p.m.
So a black window and a hungry morning, that's what I would call this hotel, it's clear that I wouldn't want to go back there.
The hotel is located in an old (maybe it is more correct to write "old"), but well-renovated building on a narrow street of the old town. The hotel has 3 above-ground floors, but judging by the upper edges of the embedded window openings, barely rising above the asphalt of the street, another 1 floor has grown into the ground.
It is only 30-40 meters from the hotel to the nearest restaurant, 100 meters to the nearest cluster of souvenir shops in the former madrasah, 150 meters to the square with the monument to Khoja Nasretdin, from which the main tourist zone of the city begins (souvenirs + restaurants). And it's all in one direction.
Judging by the location of windows on the facade and doors in the corridors, all rooms in the main building are the same size. But it looks like there are a few more rooms in the building on the other side of the courtyard.
The rooms in the main building are small, the equipment corresponds to the European 2*. Our room had: 2 double beds, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning, TV, a couple of 0.5 l bottles of water, bathroom with shower. Everything is in good working order. But... the mattress on the bed is high and probably not cheap, but hard, my sore back didn't like it. And the TV does not show Russian channels. They say that the broadcast is set up through some kind of American card, and the United States has imposed sanctions! (And what do we have to do with it? If you accept Russian tourists, change the provider).
The patio and balcony listed in the description of the hotel on Booking.com The hotel has them, but they are not in the rooms, but shared at all. This is the already mentioned patio and a large balcony on the 2nd floor. Perhaps, in good weather, breakfast is served in the courtyard, but we were lucky – it rained in the desert for 2 days, and breakfast was served next to the reception.
The breakfast, taking into account the star rating of the hotel, is simply wonderful. But not a buffet, but a certain set of dishes was brought. A choice of hot (oatmeal, scrambled eggs + sausage or omelet + sausage) and drinks (coffee or tea), the rest (fresh vegetables, pancakes, honey cake, butter, cheese ...) were put on the table without asking. There were even fruits, including the newly appeared local strawberries and cherries. And there are so many of them that my wife and I didn't eat them all. But it's the same every day, after all, the hotel is not designed for long-term accommodation.
A nice and clean hotel consisting of the old part of the building, which has existed since the time of the Silk Road and a new extension. The new extension does not disturb the atmosphere of the old building, which ensures comfort. All rooms are clean and have air conditioning. The breakfasts are very dense and delicious, they offer scrambled eggs, sausages, watermelon, croutons, pancakes and several varieties of sweets. The most convenient is its location, the hotel is very close to all the attractions.
I liked everything very much. The hotel has its own history, which deserves special admiration. There is everything you need, clean, delicious breakfasts, a beautiful courtyard. All the staff are hospitable and very friendly. In honor of March 8, my friend and I were presented with a keychain with a camel, we were delighted:)
Special thanks to Beka, he was always ready to help, tell us everything about the city and not only, and answer all our questions. You have made our vacation brighter! We are waiting for the cream))
A wonderful cozy hotel in a historic building. There are rooms with beautiful oriental decor, there are rooms with a classic interior. The food is delicious, the hostess and the staff are very hospitable, they always tried to help. Located in the very center of Bukhara - 5min walk to the sights
We had the best impressions on February 17/18, 24. Very clean, quiet, the most convenient location. All the amenities in the rooms (shower and so on) are new, everything works. The staff is extremely helpful. They allowed me to leave my things after check-out. In general, there are no complaints. An ethno-style hotel. Yes, I forgot, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Recommend. Ravil.
I really liked the hotel. Everything is new, renovated. Everything is designed in the same style. You can sit in the courtyard in the evening. There are places to relax on the second floor. The hotel staff is very friendly. They always helped when they were contacted. The breakfast is hearty: fruits, cheese, coffee, omelette or porridge, cake, jam of two types, pancakes, butter, flatbread and more.
A wonderful hotel!friendly staff!Clean and comfortable rooms!!Delicious breakfasts!and most importantly, the center of ancient Bukhara! There is a cafe nearby where you can sit in the evening, as well as have lunch!I recommend it!
Great hotel! In the old town, next to the labi house. It is located in an ancient madrasah. We chose a specially authentic room in this hotel and did not regret it at all! The breakfasts are very hearty and varied. They take place in the courtyard in the fresh air. The room has air conditioning, which saved us, because the heat was +35. The hotel has a wonderful track on the 2nd floor, where we spent one of the evenings. There is a water cooler at the reception. The Wi-Fi worked well. The staff responded to any request and helped. The hostess allowed us to use the room during the day for free on the day of our departure, and we had a night train to Khiva. Thanks a lot to her for that! In general, to anyone who wants to feel the atmosphere, I recommend this hotel 100%! There is a restaurant in front of the hotel, which I can also safely recommend. We had lunch in it 2 times. Very tasty and affordable
A wonderful, original hotel. Restored historical building, inside a cozy courtyard, and a terrace at the top. The rooms are nice, clean. The breakfast is very tasty, there is a lot of everything. And the most important thing is the people who work there. Very hospitable, friendly, always with a smile, a desire to help. The location is also excellent, in the historical center.
We were met at night, the taxi driver left us in the wrong place, and the receptionist came for us, dragged our suitcases.Cozy clean rooms, crisp clean bed, I want to note the cleanliness of the toilet and shower, a wonderful place
A wonderful authentic hotel. Pleasant staff, helpful, polite.
The rooms themselves are small, but it feels like they have fallen into an oriental fairy tale.
The breakfasts are delicious, without frills, but it is quite possible to eat.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
The location is super, close to all the attractions.
Nearby, in front of the hotel, there is one of the most delicious and cute restaurants in Bukhara.
This is not the first time in Bukhara, we are having a family vacation.
I liked the boutique hotel from the doorstep. Located in the city center, all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast is served in the courtyard, and after a walk you can enjoy on the terrace overlooking the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there are individual shower facilities.
Special thanks to the hotel staff, polite and caring. We will definitely return to this hotel.
A cool, pleasant hotel. The hotel itself, as a landmark, can be photographed in outfits in the courtyards. The hostess provides outfits. The attitude in the hotel is very kind, as if you are living with a family. Very tasty, hearty breakfasts. The rooms are very clean.
I really like this hotel, I've been there twice already. It is always very hospitable, clean and authentic. The hostess Leila is welcoming and friendly!
The staff is wonderful, especially that young man with glasses and curly hair. The breakfasts are served at the highest level. The place and the atmosphere are beautiful. I was glad to stay there. I would like to be there again. And I would also like to say about the kind owners of this hotel. apa layla is kind with a beautiful smile with a broad mindset. in general, I liked everything there.
A wonderful place, a very friendly hostess. Clean, comfortable, and in the morning hearty breakfasts in colorful dishes)
Any questions are immediately resolved by the staff. The location is ideal, across the Labi Hovuz road, right next to the hotel there is a restaurant, a few meters from Old Bukhoro.
A gorgeous courtyard and an ancient well, you can climb to the roof, and there is a view like in fairy tales about Aladdin)
If you look very hard for cons, then this is only good audibility through the doors. At the same time, the sounds of the street in the hotel are not heard from the word "at all".
I recommend
A modern, cozy hotel. It is located in the very center of Bukhara, from which you can start a hiking route. Cleanliness, very comfortable rooms, equipped with everything you need. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful, friendly and attentive staff.
Excellent hotel: hospitality, cleanliness, authentic interior. Location in the heart of the city. Close to iconic landmarks. Breakfasts are sufficient for satiation.
A good boutique hotel for those staying in Bukhara. It is located in close proximity to historical cultural and architectural monuments.
The rooms are quite well furnished with the necessary furniture. Delicious breakfast (not a buffet). Friendly staff, especially the hostess Leila.
There is a restaurant next to the hotel where you can have lunch or dinner.
A memorable hotel! I was impressed by the fact that the once former Caravanserai (a place for rest and overnight in the old days) was converted into a hotel with all amenities, while preserving the appearance and spirit of antiquity.
The staff is polite and ready to help.
The location is perfect!
By the way, there is a staircase to the second floor in the courtyard. Be sure to go up and admire the views.
A wonderful hotel! It is located in the very center of the city, from which you can start a hiking route. Cleanliness, very cozy rooms, everything you need. Wonderful staff, they helped and suggested everything.
An atmospheric place, a cozy courtyard, courteous staff and ready to do everything for a comfortable stay for guests. The rooms are clean. Excellent breakfast.
+ Central location, although there is no way to get here by taxi
- Small rooms, low ceilings, juicy cockroaches in the bathroom.
Our friends live in this hotel. We visited them sometimes, everything was fine. But today, at the entrance to the lobby of the "hotel", we were kicked out into the street. It turns out that we can't even enter the hotel lobby to wait for the guests staying at the hotel. In general, Uzbek hospitality here does not apply to everyone. Their venal hospitality.
I've lived in about 200 hotels from China to Costa Rica. There was no need for such rules anywhere!
Everything is fine. For lovers of antiquity (the hotel is based on a real caravanserai)
There are minor flaws - there is not enough at least a small closet for things and shelves by the sink)
Otherwise, everything is fine.
Accommodation in the very historical center, a 2-minute walk from the Labi House.
The Internet in the hotel works well (there is something to compare it with)

An ideal hotel in the center of Bukhara: the rooms are very beautifully decorated, there is a terrace with sofas and a courtyard on the territory of the former madrasah, across the street Lyabi House and restaurants.
The day before, we stopped at another hotel, it turned out to be terrible, in the morning we accidentally called here, and the wonderful Leila found us a room 😍
It's really very beautiful inside, you can have breakfast in the courtyard (the tables are set in the morning, breakfast is small, but everything is delicious), in the evening we sat with wine on a cot on the terrace decorated with a garland.
The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator next to the reception.
We highly recommend it.
A wonderful homely attitude. And most importantly, this is a historic building. The hotel has a modern building and a former madrassa building, in the rooms of which modern rooms are made for living. Going out on the roof of the building (there is a veranda), you can see the city.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, oriental hospitality! I liked everything. Normal breakfasts! I was in this hotel in the cold winter, it was minus twenty nights, the room was warm.
It's a wonderful place. Very colorful. The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. All historical sites are within walking distance. Cafes, restaurants - everything is nearby. I really liked it! My daughter called the hotel ROYAL.
The hotel is located in the historical center of the city. The two parts of the hotel are very different: the modern building and the historical part - Khurjin Madrasah. The rooms in the historical area are very small, but the beds are of normal size and comfortable. The shower room is a good size. The rooms are decorated with a national flavor.
A magnificent hotel! The atmosphere is wonderful. The room is tastefully decorated in a national style. A cozy courtyard where you can sit with a cup of tea. Thanks to the hostess Leila for the hospitality! Sincerely, guests from Moscow.
It's a very interesting place. The local flavor is felt. A wonderful courtyard. In the style of a caravanserai. I recommend it for lovers of unusual places. I liked it very much.
An authentic hotel in the heart of the old town. There are new highly elegant rooms in the style of Uzbekistan, and there are more atmospheric rooms in ancient cells - in such a room it takes your breath away! Hearty breakfasts, kind hosts, pleasant impressions.
There are old and new rooms. A new one is a plus or minus an ordinary hotel. The old one is located in the premises of the former madrasah. The doors are padlocked, the entrance to the bathroom is just over a meter high. There is no sound insulation.
It's even interesting to spend one night, but a few nights is probably too much.

A wonderful atmospheric hotel. The rooms are small, but everything is very comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast according to your order will be prepared quickly and very tasty. All attractions are within walking distance. We recommend it!
The location is in the very center. The rooms are different. There are spacious ones, and there are authentic ones in former cells, small ones, one bed only fits.
