We were with our daughter in November 2019 . For active tourists, the hotel is a fairy tale . The whole Good Old Prague is within walking distance , we did not use the metro at all , we even walked to the main station. We took the top floor , the spiral staircase , like in old museums , did not scare us . A warm - up of sorts . Russian - speaking staff . The breakfasts are good for an active tourist. The room is warm ( you can adjust the heat) , clean , bathroom with sliding doors , linen , towels are all clean . The furniture is like an old castle, cute. Beds? Yes , they did not creak !!! Maybe we just barely buried ourselves in the pillow and just fell asleep . If I decide to repeat Prague, only to this hotel, where everything is familiar, the roads are trampled, and it's just very good)))
First, the advantages: the excellent location adds several advantages to the hotel at once, a completely normal breakfast, good Internet, friendly staff, speak Russian, a spacious warm room and bathroom, a pleasant view from the window. Cons: the beds are not comfortable and very creaky, the floors also creak very much, there is no elevator - a lot of steps, there are no curtains in the shower, the bathroom periodically dripped from the ceiling, the room was connected, respectively, the neighbors were very audible (their creaking of the floor and beds), the room cleaning is mediocre.
Convenient location of the hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfasts in the restaurant in the courtyard)), beer parties in the evenings in the club in the courtyard)(Near the famous Charles Bridge!
