Not the 8th race, but quite decent for Liepaja. The upper floors are made of wood, so they creak. The upper floors offer views of the town. Due to the peculiarities of the streets, there is good audibility of what is happening in the courtyard or on the street. But usually everything dies out at night. There is a private parking in the yard. It is advisable to put a separate dock for bicycles.
