Definitely 5* for the friendly staff who are always ready to help!
The guys speak English well and there is even a Russian girl at the reception
The room is small but clean
I was confused by the adjacent door to another room, but apparently we were lucky and we did not hear the neighbors, so our stay was not overshadowed)
Although we booked the neighboring Boutique dedem, we were settled in Kupeli. We looked at the room, thought that nothing was critical, in general, the hotels are identical
I also want to mention just the perfect location for those who go to the center! You can't think of a better hotel to walk around the sights from

The hotel is decent. Clean, cleaning almost every day, Russian-speaking reception (Zakiya). Excellent breakfast. The location is convenient. Tram stop three houses, Sultanahmet square 5 min. Cafes on every corner. Tea and coffee in the lobby around the clock.
One of the disadvantages: a noisy old elevator, the roof is noisy in windy weather.
There is no point in paying extra for a room with a view, there is no view - there are roofs and a piece of the sea.

It's a great place. The staff is excellent, there is a Russian-speaking administrator. Cleaning was done every day. Towels were changed every day. The breakfast is great, the location is just super. This is the best street in the area. All the sights are within walking distance. On a tour against the hotel. An agency where you can book any tour. There is also a store nearby. Lots of cafes. In general, everything is cool, the only negative is the tired renovation in the rooms. But a bunch of advantages completely cover the only disadvantage. The mattress is comfortable, the pillow is excellent. There are cozy tables in front of the entrance.

I really liked the hotel - the location in the historical part of Istanbul next to the Hippodrome, where excursions are most often collected. Yes, the rooms are tired, in some places they need repair, BUT the cleanliness is extraordinary, they are cleaned every day. The heating can be adjusted, the heat is good. We were in November. The only thing that was confusing was the loud music in the nearby cafe. The administrators are responsive, helped to solve all issues.

Clean rooms, kind and helpful staff. Not a bad kitchen. I am pleasantly surprised by the service of this hotel. Very convenient location of the hotel, all the sights are within walking distance. I will definitely try to stay with them when I am in Istanbul.

The price-quality ratio is very decent. A professional approach. Often, everything you need in the room is there: a kettle and a couple of tea bags, shampoos, gel, towels, safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, maybe I forgot something. The breakfast buffet included is very tasty. And at the same time in the historical center of Istanbul. I walked to Sofia Cathedral in 10 minutes. The night was not enough in a double room 4599r booked through ozone.

The hotel is small but pleasant. We rested there for 5 days. Very convenient location, all the sights are within walking distance. In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel and walked for 8 hours. I liked the friendly staff. The price of the hotel is also pleasant.

The hotel itself is very cozy, the rooms are clean, everything is there. The breakfast is great. We booked directly by mail. For us, the reservation was kept until the arrival date without payment, given the difficulty of paying online from Russia now. I highly recommend it

We have booked a room at this hotel.
Upon check-in, under the guise of offering a room of a higher category, they moved to a room for three in a neighboring building.
Since we were in a hurry to meet, we had to agree. We left our things and went about our business.
We returned very late and, after examining the room, were horrified - the sink was broken, they tried to glue it on silicone. The shower stinks. The towels are also terribly smelly. The air conditioner has also not been cleaned for a long time.
There is a persistent smell of fried fish in the hallway.
Basically, they refused to relocate the building - they have everything clogged up.
It turns out that we paid money for one thing, but lives in much worse conditions.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located in a tourist area, but on a quiet street.
Initially, we were settled in the wrong room that we had booked, but the next day, at our request, they moved us without any problems! The economy room in the main building is pleasant, but there is a minus - the view from the window to the concrete wall :(
But it's quiet)
Breakfast is a buffet, delicious!

We had a rest in June 2023. A great cozy hotel in the center of Sultanahmet, on a quiet street. The sights of the area are within walking distance. Not big, but the rooms are clean.
