I do not recommend this hotel. It's a long way from the subway, the mattress is terrible with springs, the bed linen has holes, the room stank of cigarettes all the time, water was flowing from the sink in the toilet. It feels like the worst hotel in my life.
We lived for two days, quite good rooms, comfortable beds, clean linen. The only thing I really didn't like was that on the second floor there is a terrible old smell of tobacco, although it weighs everywhere that smoking is prohibited
4+..a little higher I read about the sea, it became a little funny..there it is, but Tbilisi (0zero), and not 100 meters away, but several km away...in general, it's not bad, it's 10 minutes to the metro station at a brisk pace or 7 minutes by minibus, the forest area is pretty and everything is fine with the breeze - it's not stuffy in summer...to the "sea" half an hour-an hour walk, at a calm pace...
The best hotel in terms of price-quality ratio! The rooms are just great for that kind of money. Everything is there, quiet and cozy. And the staff is very friendly. The place, of course, is not the most lively and it takes half an hour to get to the subway, but that's why it's cheap. Otherwise, everything is great.
