I would like to talk to the hotel manager and listen to his version, who does not allow him to add comfort cities to the only hotel, practically.
There are no disposable slippers. Well, if you are afraid that disposable slippers, which are a little more than a couple of kopecks in the purchase and because of this you will have to raise prices twice, then offer them separately as an additional. Perhaps they clean up with laboratory sterility, but still you don't want to catch a fungus in your soul. This is hygiene. And not everyone carries slippers or flip-flops with them. After all, there is no sea in the city
A kettle and a hairdryer. Maybe they steal so many of them that you can't put them in every room every time, well, at least offer them at the reception. I found out what I could ask for when I read the reviews. Why is it impossible to talk about smoking in the script when checking in, but also about the fact that if you need a hair dryer and other household items that are available in 2023, you need to ask separately. At least write it down in the brochure.
And so, otherwise everything is neat and without cockroaches
If the goal is to keep affordable prices (a hot hotel does not cost 50 rubles) for rent, then offer at least some things separately. Parking is also paid.
The service is made up of little things. It's time to move away from outdated norms
I liked everything. The best hotel where we spent the night during the whole trip to Belarus. Clear. Large rooms. Entrance hall, living room, toilet and bedroom. The view from the windows is not bad. The price is about 80-85 rubles per day.
Four of us had a rest, two economy double rooms. The rooms are newly renovated. I really liked that in a room with a double bed there is a small living room, you can watch TV, and in a room with separate beds, the room is divided and everyone has not just their own bed, but a small nook. The location of the hotel is gorgeous. Only one of the rooms had problems with the shower. There is no cafe in the hotel, coffee and tea are available only from the vending machine.
It is very difficult to get to the painted city. Taxi drivers don't want to go. Very long delivery of Yandex taxi. I called for 20 minutes. Waiting for about the same amount. Taxi drivers are not very. Passengers are dropped off at the railway station on the roadway at the railway station. There is one cash register.
A standard "Soviet" multi-storey hotel. Rooms of varying degrees of renovation. There is no cafe or restaurant, you can ask for a kettle in the room. An undeniable plus is the location in the city center.
A fairly good hotel, central and the largest in the city. Friendly staff, there is a cafe and Parking. There is a monument to the vacationer and a church nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's worth a visit.
A good place right by the Lida Castle, quite clean, they give out three towels, though two small ones. You can take a kettle and plates with forks, warm the food in the microwave on the sixth floor. Cons - there are no spoons for shoes, there are no nets on the windows (and there are a lot of mosquitoes), weak refrigerators, noisy settlers for the weekend. Hard workers hang out under the windows until 4 a.m. and don't listen to anyone. You will not find understanding among employees. They sympathize with words, but that's all.
Everything would be fine if, upon arrival for a week, they didn't ask every morning: "are you leaving?". The lack of nearby power points is not encouraging. The view of the castle is pleasing.
We chose this hotel because we booked day in and day out and other hotels were busy. The cost is 2 times more expensive than a room in a nearby hotel. It's a quiet horror... the rooms are tiny, there is no air conditioning, the furniture and bed linen with towels are antediluvian. The TV is lensed! In the 21st century! For such a room rate!
You can turn on either the TV or the refrigerator, since there is only one outlet. There are no bath accessories such as shampoo gel and bathrobes. There is no water in the rooms, a kettle and a hairdryer are only available at the reception. The only star for the extremely friendly and polite girls at the reception. In short, I categorically do not recommend this hotel!
In the very center, near the fortress. Don't expect anything special, but I didn't find anything very bad either. The situation is Soviet, but there is nothing wrong with that. Clean, cozy. Friendly staff.
Clean, modest. TV, refrigerator. Quick check-in, friendly staff. There is no cooler, but you can ask for a kettle.
The location is next to the castle. There is no cafe of its own.
You can spend the night for one or two nights, the repair is not bad, but you can see that it is not fresh, but everything is clean and tidy in the room. there is no kettle in the room, to drink tea you have to go to the 6th floor to the maids for boiling water (the TV is old with a bad image.
The rooms are not big, the plumbing is tired. One of the advantages is the possibility of booking by phone, without prepayment. There is parking, but there is no restaurant, so eating is only outside the hotel
I stayed in a single economy room.
The halls are spacious and tidy (in the photo in Yandex, the view is quite depressing, but in fact everything is not so)
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The room is clean and tidy, the furniture is in perfect order.
Household appliances are fine too.
The minus is still that the equipment needs to be updated. 2022 in the yard and in the room there is a huge CRT TV
The rooms are clean and every day they come straight asking if we can clean up. The only downside is that there is no kettle in the room and the TV was old and small Horizon. And so, in principle, I liked everything.
+
• Location
• Clean room
• Spacious bathroom
-
• No breakfast
• Old rooms
• The dviva, when trying to decompose, fell apart, as the mechanism turned out to be broken
In general, not the worst hotel option. The room was clean, the bathroom was in decent condition, upset by the lack of shampoos, etc. hygiene products, well, maybe it's just that we weren't prepared, they were always everywhere where we lived, and the declared TV was, but it didn't work. A very beautiful view from the Windows, on one side and on the other.
There are no breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. In the morning, having breakfast in this city is generally a problem. For some reason, cotton mattresses from the 70s are lying on the beds on top of the mattresses. A TV with a kinescope. The sink is a toy. It is impossible to bend over it, the shelf prevents it. All the water from the face pours onto the floor. And so nothing, clean, warm. The shampoo bag was lying on arrival. They didn't put any more. Apparently it's not supposed to.
Good location of the hotel.
The suite, it is not clear why, includes three (!) rooms.
There is no restaurant, and most importantly there are no breakfasts.
It would be better to give one suite for a kitchen and a cafe)
Not a bad hotel. Nice rooms, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, small TV. Of the cons, there were insects everywhere in the room. There is no air conditioning.
The average level. The rooms are not bad, although without frills.. but with nutrition, the trouble is terrible! There is no hint of a cafe in the hotel itself, and those nearby are either closed for special maintenance, or crowded and there are no empty seats! The staff at the reception is friendly, they work promptly
There are two disadvantages, as I already said, the sink for the washbasin is very small, air conditioners are needed, the staff is clean, service is not found everywhere in Minsk, the location is affordable, there is a TV, although 1 BT is snowing.
It is very worthy for the district center. There is still room to grow up to 5 stars.

Never!!! It is better on the street or at the train station. Stink, not very fresh linen, lack of breakfast, rooms since 1980.
Hookah Place Hookah Bar
2.09 - 20 rubles for entering an absolutely packed bar without the opportunity to even go to the bar and dance, not to mention the tables. An absolutely negative impression. Money is wasted.
Nice hotel, near Lida castle, lake. Parking is large and paid. Walking distance to all famous places in Lida.
One minus, it was not possible to book a room.
A good inexpensive hotel. There is A Castle nearby. There is a paid parking. One disadvantage is that there is no restaurant or cafe. We checked in at 8 p.m. and went to look for a place to have dinner. It's the same with breakfast. I had to look in the city.
Quite a decent hotel for your money. There is a lot to buy on the ground floor. There is parking for cars. View of the castle, location in the city center
It seems that they are paying me the money. Something needs to be done, so tourism cannot be developed in the country. In general, the hotel is clean and renovated. They didn't want to force children without birth certificates, and it doesn't matter that they are in my passport and they are very tiny. Bureaucracy is winning the battle with common sense. I really want to leave money in my country, but I also want to get a decent quality of service.
