The hotel is located in a very convenient location, around the corner from the street with all the branded boutiques. Within walking distance from the city center in one direction and Elward 7th Park in the other direction. The breakfasts are decent, the bed linen and towels are very pleasant tactile and snow-white. The mattress is comfortable. I lived on the top floor and I could hear the hum of working ventilation motors or air conditioners all the time, I don't know what exactly. But it was buzzing all the time. The air conditioner in the room is also very noisy. There was a balcony/terrace with a sunbed and a table. I would appreciate the condition of the room - tired, worn floor in the room and with very noticeable "receding hairline" on the terrace. Drinking water in the room was only paid from the minibar, which is surprising in a southern country. There was a coffee machine. They cleaned well. The staff is very friendly.
