Nice hotel, friendly staff. There is a coffee machine and an electric kettle in the rooms. The breakfasts are not bad. I was unpleasantly surprised that the air conditioner did not work, as it turned out when booking, we were ordered an economy room, and the air conditioner is included in the comfort of the room, I had to pay 13 € to connect it, a trifle but unpleasant. The location is convenient near the I. P. Pavlov tram stop. A day pass can be purchased for € 5 at the hotel itself, which is very convenient.
Just a divine hotel!!! Everything was at the highest level!!! Cozy, clean rooms, with all amenities, a safe for storing valuables, TV, telephone, a wonderful shower and pleasant plumbing. A pleasant view from the window of a cozy street in the center of the city. Excellent location, in the very center, walking distance to Wenceslas Square is literally 7-10 minutes. Very nice girls work at the reception, with knowledge of English and Czech, they will always help and prompt in any situation. Convenient money exchange right at the reception. The hotel is quiet, pleasant, does not annoy huge flows of people, but on the contrary, it is pleasant to have new acquaintances with the guests, because their moderate number :) But the most gorgeous and incredibly pleasant thing is the unique, wonderful, amazing, worthy of kings and queens - breakfast in the morning in the dining room, downstairs of the hotel! These softest mini croissants with jam and yogurt, delicious grain black coffee with milk, as well as a sea of other goodies, my beloved and I remember with an exciting feeling of nostalgia and euphoria. In all 2 weeks, I didn't miss a single breakfast and ran there in the morning at breakneck speed!)))) In general, 10 out of 10 on all points!!!)))
A cozy hotel, courteous staff (they speak only Czech and English). Wonderful breakfasts. Wenceslas Square is 15 minutes away. "downhill". There is a tram and metro stop nearby.
