A small, cozy hotel right in the old town. Very quiet. A hospitable family. We felt like we were visiting our relatives. We were met at the train station and immediately accommodated. The room has everything you need to relax. There is an air conditioner. Kettle, tea, water. Slippers. Large table, chairs , stools. There is no closet, but there is a small shelf where you can put things. There is a separate hanger for outerwear.A nice bathroom with all the necessary accessories, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Everything is very tasty. The table is set when you say so. Come to Khiva, it's an amazing city. And of course, stay in this hotel. You won't regret it!

It's just a magical place!
The family hotel is very friendly, hospitable people, and absolutely all family members are friendly. The girl at the reception is very nice, sociable, showed everything, told everything, in the evening they wanted to sit in the courtyard — organized an additional table for us there!
The hotel is new, very clean! The room was economy — I liked everything.
They can meet and take you to the train station /airport at the price of a Yandex taxi.
It is located in the very center of the old town, very close to all the sights on foot.
The breakfast is very dense and delicious! Cottage cheese, fried eggs with sausages, pancakes, fruits, vegetables, fig jam!
In general, I heartily recommend it! People decide everywhere, but here they are just wonderful!

The hotel is wonderful!!! The family has been running it for only three months, but they have been doing it as professionally as if they had been doing it for decades. All family members are very hospitable and helpful! Everything was clean and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent every morning and there were always homemade surprises. Great location: right in the center, but at the same time quiet. We were picked up from the train station and taken back to the station. You should definitely stay at this wonderful, wonderful hotel if you visit Bukhara

I liked everything very much! The hospitality of the hosts is impressive! The hotel is new, it is immediately clear that attention was paid to the little things during the renovation. Oriental style, lots of handmade. The food is delicious, breakfasts can be included. The location is in the old town, taxis were not used, everything is within walking distance. I definitely recommend this particular guest house!

A wonderful hotel! Everyone is so friendly and friendly that I didn't even want to leave! They offer to brew tea and make coffee at any time. As for breakfast, what is in the photo is the purest truth. It is very tasty and varied. The location is also wonderful, a stone's throw from the historical center.

Excellent location, very beautiful rooms, cleanliness, Excellent breakfast, birdsong in the courtyard, authentic atmosphere, the owners have preserved the historic entrance doors of the house and decorated the interior of the hotel in a historical style. We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the season. There weren't many people there yet. It was very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and try to fulfill all the requests of the guests. We didn't like the room when we checked in, so it was changed. There were cold nights, the heating was turned on. The rooms have underfloor heating throughout the room + batteries. Breakfast is above all praise, wishes, if possible, are taken into account.
The only negative for me is the mattresses. But this is a feature of Uzbekistan, of the several hotels where we stayed on this trip, only one, after asking the owner, turned out to have rooms with mattresses familiar to us (soft and springy). .
The house was still being renovated, but this did not bother us in any way, all the noisy work was carried out after our departure.
Of the nuances, some of the windows overlook the restaurant and its Vent system, when we were there the restaurant was not working, so we did not experience any problems.
Once again, thanks to the hosts, I remember with gratitude. Prosperity and well-being!
