We rested for 2 years in a row, the location is convenient, the rooms are small, there is an opportunity to cook food (electric stove). The beach is 7-10 minutes away, and the pier is 3 minutes away. The only disadvantage, but for us it was not significant, is the lack of an elevator, even in the rooms of the 1st floor you have to climb 3 flights of stairs.
