Friendly staff. A generous buffet breakfast and dinner. The usual three-star rooms for a hotel. The bathroom is quite spacious. The linen is changed twice a week. The sound insulation is poor. Spacious hall. There is a bar and vending machines for drinks. The hotel is located on the main street. The noise of cars can be heard in the rooms. But the view from the windows is of the mountain and the river on the other side of the street. In winter, for skiers: The batteries are heated almost constantly. The rooms are moderately warm. Ski storage cabinets are on the ground floor. A deposit of 10 euros per key is refunded after the last one is returned. The hotel is located 500 meters from the ski lift. There is a bus stop nearby.

I lived in this hotel from 02/23/2019 to 03/22/2019. You can walk to the Pal Arensal ski lift, And since my friend and I are snowboarders, it was not difficult for us to walk with a snowboard in boots. You can rent a locker near the lift, which is roomy by the way:3 snowboards and 3 helmets were placed in 1 closet. At the Marco Polo Hotel, they did not feed well, but they never gave hamon. Even a croissant cannot be taken out of a separate restaurant. This is strictly monitored. The rooms overlook the well wall or the garbage dump, some rooms overlook the road. The reception staff is attentive. But the squads of children who came to the competitions were reckless, rattling the doors until half past one at night. I am a calm person and I can fall asleep quickly. But what was my surprise when I woke up to the slamming of doors on the floor below and children's screams. Moreover, such audibility is everywhere. Overall, the hotel is not bad, for unassuming people. The maid did not take dollars for tips, apparently, she was waiting for euros. I left her a euro before I left.

A very decent buffet for 3 stars.There are many different fruits.Meat, fish, and vegetable dishes.There is a skirum.The deposit is 10 euros, it is returned upon departure.The lift can be reached on foot.
