Peace and health to all!!! I stayed at this hotel in early April 2025, lived in a budget room for one, the room is very small, but it has everything, even a kettle and a balcony. Everything worked, the mattress was comfortable, there was always hot water, but room cleaning had to be ordered at the reception, in general, the weak point of this hotel was poor cleaning, I always felt dust when entering the room from the street, and despite the fact that I did not find dust on the horizontal surfaces, I always
felt it! It seems that no one has ever cleaned under the bed , and every time I sat down or lay down on the bed, I had the feeling that an old carpet was being knocked out next to me ((( The breakfasts are excellent , the beautifully decorated cafe , polite and helpful staff. The place is very nice, quiet at night, but in the evening and in the morning you can hear the rumble of the tram. Excellent location, it is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the railway station , near a large city park, and a 10-minute walk to the embankment, there are many shops and places where you can have an inexpensive snack. I recommend the hotel for short stays and if you are not allergic to dust!!!

I didn 't like the hotel at all , it was very dirty , the plumbing hadn 't been washed in 4 days , the sink had probably never been cleaned , and there was a musty smell from the pipes . The bed linen is in spools , stiff . It was very cold in the rooms in February, and the extractor hood in the bathroom is a hole in the street covered with a grate. Breakfast is meager , but you can have a snack . The staff is friendly. The location is unfortunate, the hotel is located inside the radio market , it is impossible to get there by car before 20:00, later than 10:00. They asked for 40 euros for a 5-hour room extension, the price is like for Marriott. The only advantage is the nearby Chankaya metro station.

We checked in just by gravity, at 3 a.m.) Clean, the rooms are small, an unusual elevator with a mechanical door, friendly staff. Breakfast is more or less. The location is great, in the center. Around the hotel ... the gardener, i.e. in the morning it is quite noisy with an open balcony, we have not tried with a closed one. But nothing works in the resurrection and it's quiet. the price-quality ratio is optimal. The rooms have sooooo small balconies for smoking, but only one at a time)) for almost the entire balcony is occupied by an external block from the hallway. There is shower gel and shampoo in the shower, no slippers, there is a hair dryer. There is also a kettle in the room and tea and coffee bags. You can also make tea for yourself in the lobby. The location is excellent, the center. The rooms are clean. There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. The elevator is cool. They didn't take breakfast, but it smelled delicious.

Friendly staff. The rooms are clean but small enough. The balcony is exactly for one person standing))) The view from the window well....He's like that, on some roofs.
The main feature... the hotel is located in the middle of a market similar to our garden. It's sooooo dirty at night, it's very noisy in the morning.

Everything is fine, including breakfast. If you are driving, then the entrance is tricky and you will have to remove the car before 10 in the morning.

The room is dirty and the pillowcases are greasy.
We categorically did not like the hotel and does not meet the high reviews on the booking. We decided not to spend the night at this hotel and asked for a refund of at least some of the money for the following nights. The administrator did not return the money to us. It is better to choose another hotel!
