I have already visited the hotel 2 times, and I will come for the third time!Everything is great:the location is top-notch, many excursions start near the hotel, the breakfasts are good, the staff is responsive, they immediately respond to treatment. The rooms are well-furnished, you wake up in the morning to the sound of bells. The price of accommodation is quite affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay, look forward to visiting again!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The family room is nice, large, and comfortable. But there is a lot of wind blowing from the windows in winter. Breakfast is terrible. The food seems to be there, but at the same time it is not. It doesn't look appetizing when you arrive at 10 o'clock - there is almost no food. The hotel is large, the corridors are long with chandeliers like in castles, and the view from the windows is beautiful. The price for this hotel is too high. A big plus is the location. Everything else requires improvements.

An atmospheric hotel in the restored building of the former Bernardine monastery. Clean, solid 4 stars. Among the features, it is not hot in winter, parking is paid, they give water to the room 1 time, then buy. The restaurant is so-so, but the breakfast is normal. Pay attention to the quality of breakfast and business lunch - very, very low. I also want to understand why the receptionists let a taxi to the hotel entrance every other time? (One day the barrier was opened, and the second day they categorically refused, I had to go to the car with my luggage). In a very unpleasant way, naming a strange reason.
In general, the hotel corresponds to the declared status of 3 * stars.

Great hotel!
The rooms, the bathroom are clean, the bed linen is snow-white, the bed is comfortable. The girls at the reception are friendly, they helped with all the questions.
The hotel has a luggage storage room, you can leave your belongings before departure. If necessary, you can book a transfer to the airport.
Near the reception you can buy souvenirs, hygiene products, alcohol.
There is an ironing board and an iron on each floor.
The breakfasts are normal, delicious cottage cheese, cheesecakes.
The hotel itself is atmospheric, with high ceilings, steep stairs, beautiful furniture (the chairs are incredibly comfortable, I want to go home now!) The windows are double, so you can't hear the noise from the street if you close everything.
The ideal location is the city center, a pedestrian zone, there are many restaurants around, all interesting places in the city can be reached on foot, not far away, within walking distance of the Svisloch embankment, the Bolshoi Theater, the Trinity suburb. There are several metro stations nearby - a 15-minute direct drive to the National Library. The tourist bus stop is also nearby, a five-minute walk.
What I didn't like was a low-power hair dryer, long hair is difficult to dry, and there is no refrigerator in the room. But these are small things.
I will be happy to stop here again.

A magnificent hotel in the very center of Minsk. There are many museums, Catholic and Orthodox churches, many restaurants and nightclubs, casinos nearby. The place for collecting bus tours is a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious and quite varied. If desired, you can have lunch, taking a business lunch for only 150 Belarusian rubles. The only thing that was missing a little bit was the refrigerator!!! And, attention! Proximity to nightclubs has its consequences - music can be heard through open windows. Not very loud, but still... We were closing the window - absolute silence! We will definitely return to the hotel if possible.

If you like austerity, why not? In general, it's clean, not bad, simple, the rooms really look like monastic cells. But in general, everything is not very hospitable or something. The rooms are a bit chilly, although there are extra blankets, and there is an unpleasant smell in the hallway. The breakfasts, in my opinion, are poor and not of high quality, there is absolutely no choice! It doesn't taste good!!! I hope the management reads the reviews and works on the bugs.

Of the advantages: in general, the room (single), and in general the hotel, is very good and cozy in its own way. There is a large wardrobe, a safe, a plasma TV and a kettle in the room. There is an ironing board in the open access on the floor.
A buffet breakfast costs 32 bel.rub. (if you have an early check-in, breakfast is not included in the price)
A set lunch here is 15 rubles.
They write that they change towels every 3 days, but they change them for us every day.
The room has its own balcony with a table and 2 chairs where you can sit and relax.
The breakfast itself is good, there is a large selection. The only thing is to put weathered pancakes with oak edges (they seem to remain from previous days) - the norm.
Among the disadvantages: it shows about 30 channels, of which 10 channels are Belarus 1, 2,3,4,5; Monastyrsky 1,2,3 and 7 musical channels.
There is no refrigerator
The air conditioner lives a separate life, and the setup instructions do not help at all. It is impossible to adjust the desired temperature. Turn it on and off when you need it, too.
Every day after cleaning, tea bags or water are not brought, only for an additional fee (water 85 kopecks)
They write that there is a "gym". What it really looks like - see the photo below. They just put it in a cubicle. Until recently, they thought that these were broken exercise machines.
The closet stinks of something, but for someone it is not so noticeable or important.

I lived in a single room from October 10 to 12, 2024. A wonderful hotel in the heart of Minsk - the restored Upper Town, all the sights are at hand. The room is spacious, cozy, with its own access to the "terrace". The buffet breakfast was full and varied. Of the cons: it was hot, the air conditioner was working all the time, which could not be turned off, constant ventilation saved; there was no refrigerator.

A magnificent hotel! Convenient location, within walking distance of Nemiga metro station, restaurants, cafes, bars, museums and local attractions.
Attentive staff, it was cool in the room with the star, they called the reception, we quickly adjusted the temperature to a comfortable one.
Excellent breakfasts.
The family suite had two cozy rooms and a spacious hall between them. Two bathrooms, all in excellent condition, pillows and blankets are very comfortable and in excellent condition.
The interior and the friendly lantern at the entrance add positive emotions to your stay. We will be happy to return.

Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The first hotel where there was no coffee at breakfast !!! The coffee machine is broken...It spoiled the impression a bit.

The huge advantages of the hotel are its amazing energy (I slept as well as I rarely have!) and the location in the very historical center. I really liked the quality in the courtyard: it is easy to be transported back to childhood and into a state of serenity!
I looked at the engravings and photographs on the walls of the hotel for a long time, I wanted to study the history of what is depicted on them more deeply.
Within walking distance of all the best that a guest of beautiful Minsk may need!

A wonderful hotel, from the location to the service. It is located in the historical center, everything is within walking distance, even the metro. The atmosphere of authenticity of the monastery is very welcome. The rooms are beautiful, the furniture is solid made of natural wood. Everything is available (except slippers and bathrobes-but this will be a different price tag). The room overlooked the courtyard-absolute silence at night. Despite Easter and tourists, not a single extra person wandered into the yard. The breakfasts are delicious, standard, and there is plenty to choose from. The rooms have excellent linen and lots of hooks in the bathroom!! Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable appliances, bottled water.

I am staying at this hotel for the second time. I was here for the first time about 5 years ago.
Among the advantages: the historical center, rooms stylized as cells, the hotel itself with a history, walking distance to attractions and the metro. Good bed linen.
Of the cons: 1. Breakfasts have become weaker. Yesterday's pies. There is only one salad spoon. It used to be both tastier and more aesthetically pleasing.
2. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room. Maybe the Bernardine monks didn't need it at the time, but modern guests would really like to have these attributes in the room.
3. In addition to the main entrance to the hotel, which is located next to the reception, another door on the ground floor was opened. It's not safe. Anyone could have got there from the street.
4. The water in the room was put on only 1 time upon check-in. There are no updates, you need to buy them yourself. It's not very convenient.

Excellent hotel in a historic building. The interior is very spacious and solid. The furniture is quite good, the breakfasts are rich and delicious. Convenient underground Parking, paid, but you don't have to worry about where to get up. The center is closed for the weekend, but entry is allowed for hotel guests.
The very center of Minsk, which means that all the sights are nearby.
The only negative is that the room is cold. Apparently they save money in the off-season. The problem was solved by the heater (though on the second attempt, but the reception worked).
In general, I recommend that you come here yourself next time.

The location could be considered ideal, in the very epicenter of the main attractions and a 3-minute walk from the place from where all the sightseeing routes depart, if not for one thing ...
Nearby is the street of the most seedy establishments of the city, where noise, hubbub and fun all night. Perhaps this is more of a plus for someone. But in one of the establishments, music was turned on so loudly every day at 4 a.m. that the walls vibrated and it became impossible to sleep. The show ended at 7 o'clock sharp and it was possible to continue sleeping. I sleep soundly because I live in one of the most noisy areas of the city, but in this case it was impossible to sleep during these 3 hours. This made staying in an ideal hotel uncomfortable.
I wonder if there are any ways to legislate against such musicians? It seems to me that even buildings in the historical quarter do not benefit from such a vibration effect.
Also an unexpected disadvantage was the lack of a refrigerator and a leak from under the shower curtain. But these are small things.

The check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I was offered a room that exceeded all my expectations.
The room was spacious, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen was clean and fresh. Luxurious toiletries and soft towels were provided in the bathroom.
The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities and services. It has a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes, as well as a bar where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail.
There is also a fitness center and a spa where you can relax after a busy day.
I would especially like to mention the breakfast that was provided at the hotel. There was a huge selection of dishes - from fresh fruits and yoghurts to hot dishes and pastries. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was impeccable.
The location of the hotel is also its advantage. It is located in the city center, close to the main attractions and shops. Everything was easily accessible and you can walk to most places.

I used to like this hotel. The first time I visited it was in September 2014!
Our last times of stay (the last one today) disappointed us: it's very noisy in the hotel (sometimes they vacuum early enough, then some groups of early tourists arrive, they make noise in the corridors, then children run early in the morning too) - wooden doors do not protect from noise at all! The non-working drain in the showers and in the bathroom (in different rooms) is very upsetting. We have repeatedly told the administrators about this. There are no breakfasts.
Among the obvious and indisputable advantages: an interesting monastery building, location in the very historical center of Minsk, parking (though for a fee). The inside of the hotel and the rooms themselves are clean!

The vaulted ceilings on the ground floor, left over from the monastery, create an atmosphere. It's much noisier at night. The windows overlook the street of night bars, but the triple-glazed windows dampen the sound. So if you don't open the windows at night, you can't hear. Breakfast is fine. As a compliment, a bottle of water. The hotel has a parking lot, the website says that it is not available on weekends and holidays, so we parked the car far enough away (on May 9, many parking lots were closed), but as a result, cars drove into the hotel parking lot...
