The hotel is located within walking distance from the town hall in the old town. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The monastery walls are very thick and the sound insulation is therefore very good. The food is monastic))) but it's delicious. We took out the garbage from the cleaning, and thanks for that.
1. Location: excellent (historical, central).
2. Room: antique, like in castles.
3. Room size: neither large nor small, the most optimal
4. In the room: hair dryer, conditioner, TV, safe, shampoo, gel and soap. Slippers, dental and shaving kits are missing. There is no refrigerator (at the reception they can offer a separate shared one, which is placed with them for such cases, under their supervision).
5. Service: the room and the hotel are clean. The staff is responsive, smiling, and young.
6. Breakfast: the choice of dishes is minimally sufficient.
It's a fantastic place, I really liked it. Interior, architecture, location in the city... I can't list everything. The hospitality is at the highest level. I will recommend it to my friends! Dzyakuyu Belarus!
I liked the hotel very much, it is located in the center, there are many entertainment places nearby, the noise insulation is super, the room was very cozy, the breakfasts are not very diverse, I really liked the oatmeal)
Corresponds to 3 stars.
One of the advantages: in the very center of Minsk, right by the Town Hall, but at the same time it is perfectly quiet - with the windows closed, there is no sound, not even street musicians can be heard. Within walking distance of the embankment, metro, old town, street with bars. Authentic interior, comfortable in the room, clean and fresh linen, towels, furniture. The new hotel has new plumbing and there are no problems with water or anything else. There is parking and interesting "highlights" on site. There are several museums and a restaurant in the same complex of buildings.
Of the cons: a little tired reception staff, probably a lot of overwork, not all questions regarding check-in / accommodation are ready to help. The breakfast buffet is average, some of the products are left over from the previous day and are noticeably smoked (cheese, sausage), something is fried-warmed up for the second time. But at the same time, a set lunch for 15 rubles is wonderful!
I recommend staying here, keeping the nuances in mind. Maybe something will change and the service will get better!
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Minsk, I am grateful to all the staff, you did your best to make the guests' stay absolutely comfortable! Authentic room design, delicious breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff. I definitely want to return to this hotel!
Fenced well-groomed territory, cute surprises ("hello lantern:) A good restaurant with reasonable prices. The very center of the city. And the unusual rooms are "cells" (this is a former ancient monastery), so the atmosphere is authentic. Everything is comfortable, the only disadvantage is that there was no refrigerator in our room.
Everything is fine - location, staff, rooms. Not that there are minuses, but you need to understand that the hotel is a three-star plus, so there may not be a dental kit and slippers in the room
We were in July 2024 with a child of 10 years old. Of the advantages, only the location (historical center) and an underground parking lot (for an additional fee!). The disadvantages began immediately upon check-in:
She met us at the reception (or rather, she did not meet us, I had to ring the bell repeatedly and find out from the passing guard where the employee is from the reception) so this aunt appeared with the face "and you have arrived yet" in general, they settled in. Plus the rooms have a historical stylization in a pseudo-monastic style, massive furniture against a background of white walls. Then the disadvantages of the room: we rested in the summer - the heat. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it is turned on and off at the reception! That is, if you are hot, they turn it on for you (and it was so that I call, at the reception they say "we turned it on" and the air does not go at all. In general, it will not work to turn on and off the air conditioner without a call (in the heat it's just some kind of joke). Upon check-in at the reception, we were told that water, coffee and tea are in the room once and then they are no longer replenished during cleaning. In general, if you live for more than one day and like coffee and water, you need to buy and bring it to the room, since if you wish, you will not buy it at the reception since they do not sell it. And another huge minus of the room - our room faced Zybitskaya Street (this is a party street) so at night we turned off the air conditioner through the reception because it blew like crazy because we ourselves could not regulate the temperature and therefore, in order not to catch a cold overnight and not to catch a cold, we opened the window and it was simply impossible to sleep from the noise from Zybitskaya Street. In general, we will come to Minsk, but we will not set foot in this hotel for its service and its disadvantages. The breakfasts were "we won't starve" very meager. I am a person without strong demands, but this hotel has really impressed me. He's not worth the money.
A luxury hotel in the heart of Minsk.
Authentic atmosphere, good breakfast buffet.
The reception is 24-hour.
There is paid parking, which is extremely convenient.
Very high audibility from the hallway, thin door. And the creaking bed in the single room (roll over from side to side = wake up). This is a minus . Otherwise, it's a pretty good hotel. Polite staff, an acceptable breakfast buffet.Great location.
The location couldn't be better. The very center. And of course, it is pleasant to live within the historical walls of the Bernardine monastery, founded at the beginning of the XVII century. Despite the modern comfort, the atmosphere of the monastery was preserved. Corridors, high ceilings, shutters on the windows, good-quality simple furniture. A good breakfast.
A wonderful atmospheric hotel! The rooms are arranged in the reconstructed cells of the former Bernardine monastery. The historical reconstruction is very harmoniously combined with the modern cofort: the monastery elevator (for 13 people, however!) and the monastery shower cabin is very pleasantly surprised. The single room has everything except a refrigerator (!!!) - for 70€ per night, this is somewhat discouraging... Breakfast is excellent - there is porridge, sausages, sausages, draniki, several types of salads, yoghurts, juices
The hotel is good, with all 3 of its stars, the location is simply wonderful, in the center of the upper town and the main attractions. There are friendly girls at the reception, they suggested where to go and what to see.
The rooms are atmospheric, like a quite comfortable cell with vaulted ceilings and an echo. The bed is not particularly comfortable.
There is no minibar and refrigerator, there is a kettle.
I was surprised by the lack of a shoe spoon.
The breakfasts are ordinary, there is something to choose from. But they do not always monitor the timely replenishment of the buffet.
Among the disadvantages are the very noisy and cold central air conditioning, and the incredible roar of music from neighboring clubs. So if you like to sleep in the cool, either the buzzing of the conde, or a disco in an open window until 3 a.m. on a weekday.
In general, we were satisfied.
An interesting place, a pleasant interior, a cozy courtyard, the center of the Upper Town. The prices are not the most budget-friendly, but acceptable in the city. Adequate price-quality ratio
Great location. Spacious rooms (former monastic cells), clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and of high quality. Near the street with bars and restaurants, traffic with music all night, it didn't bother us, but who likes silence, keep in mind. But if you close the window, nothing will be heard, the sound insulation is excellent.
First of all, it's unusual here. Secondly, it is atmospheric and cozy. Thirdly, the hotel is located in the very center of the city. A good price for such a room and excellent staff.
An atmospheric hotel in a 17th century building, stylish and clean room, good/varied breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to the administrator Anastasia for her kindness and patience (we ran to the luggage room a hundred times).
The hotel is extremely beautiful!A former monastery!.It is definitely worth staying there if you are in Minsk. The atmosphere is magical!Great breakfasts, snow-white linen and silence, considering that there are many entertainment places nearby, but you can't hear anything inside! We slept soundly if it was delicious!Let's get back to you 100%!)
Location in the heart of the city. Everything is nearby and the metro, and monuments. The collection for the tour is five minutes from the hotel.
The room is nice, we were on the third floor. The views are gorgeous from the windows. The room was taken without breakfast and lunch with dinner. We went to the Lido cafe for lunch. Everything was delicious and at a price. The staff, the girls are responsive, always in touch if you need something. Well done. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, water, tea and coffee were provided. Thank them very much. I liked everything very much.
The hotel is located in the historical center of Minsk. Clean rooms , comfortable mattresses. The plumbing is clean. The hotel is located in a monastery , which makes the corridors long and a little gloomy. Windows with shutters are a plus due to the proximity of a noisy street with night bars . The food is normal, porridge, pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes and a lot of sausages. Delicious dairy products . Coffee from the machine . The staff is friendly.
An unforgettable stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and cozy, with stunning views. The service was at the highest level - all our requests were fulfilled instantly. The location of the hotel also left an impression. Overall, a great experience, we hope to come back here again!
It's a very atmospheric place. Good location, no need to walk far, everything interesting is nearby. If you want the embankment, you want to have a delicious meal, but if you want, you can go shopping or admire the various figures in the alleys. The food is very tasty. The rooms are large, clean and cozy.
I'm visiting this one for the first time. Location in the center, proximity to all historical and cultural sites. The hotel itself left a pleasant impression, the building is historical with large rooms, quiet, peaceful. Breakfast is simple, but it's OK for a short trip.

One of the advantages is the historical center, beautiful architecture, an atmospheric place, not far from the railway station, there are many attractions nearby, in the morning there is a beautiful bell ringing from the neighboring Temple. The room is clean enough.
Of the minuses, it is very noisy at night, nightclubs and seedy places that are also located in this location work until 5-7 in the morning, I had to close all the windows on two sashes at night in order to somehow fall asleep and not listen to the screeching and screams of drunks. Unexpected water outage and the silence of the reception (calls from the room were not answered). The breakfasts were monotonous, the first breakfast was cold (the kitchen, or the waiters decided that it was not necessary to maintain heating).
Convenient and located in the old town. There are a lot of interesting things around, including a street filled with interesting and very cool bars in different ways. The bars are right in charge. I especially liked "At the bottom". Room service is fast and unobtrusive. Everything is clean. There are moments: there is not enough light in the rooms, the breakfast assortment is small and the quality of the products leaves much to be desired. In particular, the cappuccino function is turned off in the coffee machine. The rooms are quiet, but the door does not drown out the noise. For some reason, the sauna does not work on Mondays and Tuesdays (just when we were visiting, sadness). The TVs in the rooms have some kind of locking system and constantly freeze and turn off themselves (we judge by three different rooms that my friends and I rented). Due to the fact that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, a taxi will not come for you and will not bring you to the hotel and you need to go to the barrier (and you need to guess which ones are open and which are not. They have their own algorithm and taxi drivers have their own in their heads. Under the mood ...).
It was September 2024. The first impression was made by the shower cabin in the photo. Somehow the superior room suggested a more modern one. Next, breakfast - porridge is bitter, there were often cutlets or meatballs, which are from the worst dining room. The omelet tastes like a dirty baking sheet or frying pan. For some reason, they give fruits: one pear for all or one kiwi for all, cut into small pieces. Further, access to cottage cheese, sour cream, olives, olives is difficult - a cool showcase. About cupcakes, cookies for tea or coffee, I can't even express their disgusting taste.
In the room, when the card is inserted and the electricity turns on, the dashboard buzzes, it is not possible to sleep. They just took out a card for the night.
And the most interesting thing is that the superior room does not have a refrigerator at all. We must pay tribute, yes indeed, the refrigerator is not declared. But somehow, even when ordering, they did not pay attention to this. It seemed like it was a required attribute.
And that's not all, the air conditioning in the room is regulated at the reception, if you are cold or hot, then go to the reception and they will adjust it for you.
The hotel is located in the historical center, which is very convenient, the hotel itself is simply charming, a former monastery, where the interior has been preserved as much as possible. The staff is very friendly.
It is located in the old city center of Minsk. The room is decorated in an old style (beds, table, chairs). There is a kettle, tea and coffee bags, two bottles of water. The air conditioner (couldn't figure out the controls), so it was stuffy, they opened the window. The room is clean, light cleaning was carried out every day. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shower, and a set of hygiene items. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. What I didn't like. The lack of a cooler with water, it was suggested to buy from them. The Internet access point was only the TV turned on, which made it inconvenient to connect Wi-Fi. And the TV itself was constantly frozen when switching channels. With such a room rate of 8000 rubles per day, it would be nice to have bathrobes and disposable slippers. We recommend that you check with the hotel in advance about parking.

It is in a great location. The city center, with so many interesting places nearby, and a quiet street.
Very atmospheric interior, helpful staff.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite tasty.
The hotel with an interesting history, former monastic cells, is located in the city center, all the interior design is stylized in an antique style, the rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaning every day, good breakfasts, as well as inexpensive and delicious lunches will not leave anyone indifferent.
The restaurant sucks: the waitresses are unfriendly and slightly lacking in intelligence, the tables are dirty, the borscht is without meat, the dumplings for the borscht were left over from yesterday and were heated in the microwave, judging by their disgusting appearance and damp bottom. The national Belarusian cuisine does not even smell. It's good that we didn't stay at this hotel as planned, but just went to the restaurant. Squalor! I don't recommend this place!
The excellent location in the city center is the reason for both the corresponding advantages and the accompanying disadvantages. The possibility of walking in all directions, beautiful surroundings and proximity on one side and the noise of the bar street in the evenings and at night and the high cost of food in the immediate vicinity on the other. But still, the hotel leaves a very pleasant impression, with powerful walls, massive wooden furniture and double window openings that do not let noise through if they are not opened. Polite staff, daily cleaning, excellent beds. The only thing missing were the disposable slippers in the room.
An atmospheric hotel. Modern, at the same time made to look like an old castle. You walk along the corridors and stairs and imagine yourself as a medieval noble lady. Wooden shutters instead of curtains on the windows, wrought-iron door handles, lamps like candles. Gorgeous!
An interesting format, it looks like a castle, large rooms, shutters, antique cabinets, chairs. The children even played hide-and-seek well, there is a place to hide. The bathroom is technical, everything flows well and is washed off, but the rustic and uncomfortable flap on the bathtub from splashes, you can't get to the faucet from the floor. Toothbrushes and hair balm would be nice. They just forgot, but they didn't. The blankets are great, big, and pillows can be added one at a time. The breakfast is quite tolerable, there is everything you need and I would like a little toasted glaze so that the protein is not liquid. The center has its own, though paid, Parking.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, the very center, many cafes and restaurants. The rooms are large, the ceilings are high, the atmosphere is authentic, the hotel is located in the monastery building. The bed in the single room is narrow, the pillow is uncomfortable. The breakfasts are good. The staff is friendly, but one of the employees refused to take a picture of me, saying that she was very busy.An unpleasant aftertaste.
The rooms are not large, but cozy, there is no refrigerator in the economy, a bathrobe for an additional fee. The food for breakfast is varied, but without sophistication, you can eat enough, the staff adds ending positions on the first request. In general, the hotel is not bad, The Windows facing the courtyard of the hotel from +-19.30 to 23.00 will listen to the music of a local amateur musician and his musicians in warm weather, they sing sincerely, with the windows closed, audibility is not pronounced.
The hotel is located in the very center right on the street, which is closed to cars on weekends. This is a former monastery converted into a hotel. It's a very interesting place. Rooms with vaulted ceilings, long corridors, quiet courtyard. The breakfasts are good. There is an underground parking (paid, but not expensive). There are many cafes nearby. I recommend.
The hotel is located very well, in the center of the Upper Town. Don't look for free parking nearby, you won't find it. The hotel has underground Parking, it is more profitable to put the car there. It is very quiet in the hotel itself, only in the morning and in the evening the bells are ringing, very atmospheric. The staff is polite, everyone will tell you. Order accommodation with breakfast right away, it's delicious here.
I had a rest in November 2023.
In the very center of the city with such a price and service, it seems to me that this is the best option. The entourage of the hotel... for an amateur :) But with that said, I was fine.
By the way, I have rarely seen a "double bed" to be really double, usually everyone shifts two single beds and steams. We had a real double bed in our room - an incredible luxury :)
I will note the excellent service. After the stay, I communicated by mail on two issues. One of them was to restore a copy of the receipt. The answers were prompt, and I got the result very quickly. Well done!) Thanks!
very nice hotel, friendly staff and nice rooms.
but next to the hotel there is the noisiest street in Minsk and because of this it was a little noisy at night. the noise depends on where the room is located, we had it just facing the bars, but most of the rooms face the other way.
I stayed at the Monastyrsky Hotel from April 5th to April 7th. The impression was the most positive! When booking, I asked for a room in the old building (I love the authentic atmosphere)) - my wish has been taken into account, which is very pleasant. The room is interesting, cozy, wooden furniture, bed and plumbing are new and clean. The corridors and hall are also very pleasant and clean. There is a modern elevator.
April 7th is my birthday, it was nice to receive dessert as a compliment during breakfast, as well as the opportunity to leave the hotel only at 18.00.
The breakfasts are good.
The location is great when you walk around the center, it's always close to the hotel.
I look at the postcards from Minsk, with the image of the Upper City, and it's nice to remember how I lived in this ancient place :)
An excellent hotel - in the very center of the city, but the place is quiet, close to cafes and restaurants, starting with the one in the hotel itself. The place is atmospheric, the room is spacious, there were few guests in February, a sense of the Middle Ages with all amenities, the breakfasts are very pleasant and delicious. Yes, the hotel is not cheap, but it's worth it
The hotel shocked with its disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage: hotel guests are not a priority in terms of food. Three weddings, a wake, and the guests have to run around the city in search of a place to eat. We only came for three days, how could we book a table in the restaurant in advance??? This is the first time I have encountered such indifference to clients.
There was no refrigerator in the room. How, tell me, in this heat without a refrigerator in the absence of an opportunity to have a snack at the hotel.
Conditioner... It is regulated from the remote control at the administrator. In the absence of a phone in the room, I had to run several times so that the attendant would respond to our request to lower the temperature of the air conditioner. In room 27* and there is no way to lower it... The attendant cannot understand our problem, because she is sitting near the air conditioner.
Breakfast... Our group consists of 45 people. Is it really difficult to prepare food for so many people?
In general, I was not impressed by the hotel. Think more about your customers and your profit will increase.
