Good location, very interesting rooms, but the service is full of greetings, the check-in is hellish, there is no water in the room, only when checking in, there is also no place to buy. Something is wrong here (( But the scariest thing is the noise from the nightclub and casino. That is, you arrived in beautiful Minsk, had a good time, returned to your room after a great dinner with wine or beer, took a shower and slept for about 24 hours, because in the morning you have various interesting things to do, and by the way, it's Tuesday or Wednesday, or maybe Thursday, but weekdays in a word. And so you covered yourself with a blanket and fell into a deep sleep, but that was not the case after 24 hours, a hellish Hell begins, a nightclub is turned on and a blanket flies off you from the roar of music, believe me, earplugs do not save, this hell lasts until 6 o'clock in the morning. As explained by the locals, the income of the club is very decent, the rest of the guests and citizens is cheaper. An incomprehensible plastic panel instead of a curtain in the bathroom has a strangely placed hair dryer - low, next to the toilet. But these are small things. Cons: music was blaring until 6 a.m. (apparently there is a nightclub nearby), despite the fact that the hotel is located just behind the Minsk Cathedral, the music was turned off - pipes began to hum unbearably loudly, so people began to get up and use the bathrooms. Wi-Fi was crashing all the time, I was tired of entering the password. I did not take breakfast, because it is very expensive (about 800 rubles in Russian rubles). Nice beautiful hotel in the city center. The prices are pleasant. A minibar at reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts in the restaurant. With an appraising glance, we were placed in a room in an annex with a leaky ceiling, there were streaks on the wall.
Completely clueless wi-fi, which works only when the TV is on.
It is absolutely certain that for this money you will find much more comfort in Minsk.
In general, I would not like to write a review, leaving this unpleasant impression in the past, but recently friends told me how they settled in this hotel, reporting the same sad aftereffects that I encountered.
The room in the annex can fall out randomly. They can say that these will be the same old cells - and this will be a real lie. It was with her that the first impression began. Later, as I wrote above, there was a sad number.
Small, eager for repairs.
Additionally, there are clubs nearby. It's not a secret, but it's noisy and you need to be prepared for it.
The food is mediocre Soviet cuisine. Again, why pay for disappointment? Yes, it is not spoiled, but no, it will not be remembered and will not be liked if you pretend to be something more serious than mediocre blbds cooked in the style of "grab".
Service - the service has not kept pace with the 21st century.
It's a sad scoop, and it's in the heads.

Let me remind you - he lived in an annex. There is a rather narrow room along the corridor. There is also an ironing board with an iron. Its presence will not allow the two sides to separate - so narrowly.
In order not to disturb anyone, I took an ironing board with an iron to the room during ironing, which took a maximum of 6 minutes. In order to stroke away into this narrow corridor.
After finishing ironing, I met a cleaning lady who (attention) yelled at me.

Cleanliness - there were no cockroaches. The mold in the bathroom was in the corner. The sheets were clean, there was no dirt on the floor. There is dust on the lamp. I didn't wear white gloves, maybe there was something else somewhere.
A convincing request is either to knowingly put the staff in place, communicating with them in advance and guaranteed to demand the declared number, or ignore this place and avoid it.
I hoped that my experience was the only one. Now the visiting friends said that they did not like it very much.
An appeal to the owner.
The face of the hotel is the reception, the staff. You have this face - not a face, but another part of the body, and not pleasant, not coaxing. Do something about it. If, of course, it is in your best interests.

The interior is very spacious: it is a rebuilt monastery.
The elevator is placed in the courtyard, as in St. Petersburg old houses.

Reality:
- the most friendly is the janitor; only one girl at the reception greets;
- The food is cold, standard, everything is there, the signs are mixed up, the coffee is running out of water and you need to call someone, milk is separated from coffee three meters away, food is rarely updated, not as it is absent, water is not boiled for tea.
- The cleaning is terrible, there are two live spiders under the bed, they found polyethylene in the closet from previous guests.
- The shoe spoon never appeared.
- Lots of hangers, gel, shampoo, soap.
- Very uncomfortable light, dark, shutters, people from the dining room were smoking in front of our window, a large closet, a safe.
- The bed was wobbly.
- Parking is closed, 19 bel rubles per day, 7 places for the hotel, the jeep fits, without a trunk.
- From Friday 20:00 to Mon 8:00 there is a pedestrian zone around the hotel, you cannot get to the hotel, you need to walk for 6-8 minutes.
- The girl at the reception does not know where the nearest exchanger or ATM is, she sent it to the train station, and in fact there is a 24-hour ATM in the bank in 3 minutes.

Minuses:
1. Breakfast is the WORST BREAKFAST (pictured) that I've eaten in my entire life at all. All the frozen pastries, everything tasteless, greasy, overcooked, the cheapest, I still did not understand the filling of the pancakes-it was so terrible, the nuggets are gray (in the photo at the top of the plate between the sausage and the omelet).
2. ONLY espresso works in the coffee machine, when asked about cappuccino, they advised to pour milk from a cardboard liter bag. The coffee machine costs $500, it's inexpensive for 3 stars.
3. There was no condensed milk, puddings.
The cost of this breakfast is 945 Russian rubles ($11), for this money you can posh in the Paul pastry shop, located 150 meters away.
Positive:
1. Polite staff who know the city, including waiters.
2. The location in the historical center next to the party places is great, for those who hear loud music, you can live in the forest, there are plenty of them in the city. You can't hear music with the windows closed.
