We stayed at this hotel twice, it is, of course, very large, but everything is neat, clean, comfortable, there is a relaxing onsen, the politeness and friendliness of the staff is beyond praise

Very convenient location next to the main station (though not from the one where the Shinkansens are, to that 1 stop on the train). Excellent clean rooms with everything you need: there is even a portable smartphone with LTE and all the necessary applications for tourists. The Internet on the smartphone itself is free and, it seems, unlimited, but the distribution of Internet from it to other devices is paid (300 yen per day) A very comfortable onsen that works until midnight is what you need after a day of sightseeing. Very tasty and varied breakfasts with a large selection of dishes. Responsive staff and customer-oriented policy - our flight date was changed due to coronavirus measures, we had the dates changed without any questions without any penalties. There is a 24-hour convenience store and a late-night restaurant-bar next to the hotel. In general, everything is fine. Next time in Osaka, we will stop only here.

A great hotel almost in the center of the city. It is quite new with spacious rooms. We lived in a suite with a wide bed (standard plus or superior). If suddenly your plugs do not fit into their sockets, they give an adapter at the reception for a while. The breakfast is European.
