The worst hotel service ever very bad attitude , they dont clean the room just make a bed i found Cockroach in my room!!! And when we call room service and speak English the don’t speak and end the call they are not friendly the room service is very bad and the one birng the food to my room was very rude!!! I don’t ask for something this is his job . Last visit and I don’t recommended ever also thay don’t speak English or any languages just russian

Amazing !Hilton quality!Its clean,they have 24h room service and everyday they ate changing you towels and shampoos and shower gels!They are also providing toobrushes)) 5/5 quality!

We have been here several times, 5 starts because of good restaurant (not breakfast, but lunch and dinner). Great service, very professional (Zhaza, thank you very much!), good menu variety, very good tea (hard to find in Moscow recently). Very good restaurant.
