Excellent location in the old town, attractions, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. The breakfasts are very tasty, the choice of dishes is small, but the housewives cooked themselves: khachapuri with meat, pumpkin, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, cottage cheese, fruits, tea. In the evening, the company gathered on the roof veranda, a cool view of the old town. Of the cons, the toilet seat was falling off, the rooms are small, but we only came to sleep in them at night, there is good Internet. The host is friendly, answered all questions.

The advantages are the excellent location and good breakfasts. The rest is cons. The TVs in the rooms do not work (we lived in two rooms), there is not even a curtain in the shower, let alone a door, there are not even glasses for toothpaste and brushes. There are no chairs or armchairs in the rooms. There are no glasses for water, as well as the water itself. The closet is small, there are no hangers for outerwear either. The rooms are not cleaned, even the garbage is not thrown away. I don't recommend staying here. There are many hotels and guest houses nearby

We were in November 2024. The room on the 1st floor #2 is very heated. A king-size bed was declared, and there were two single beds. In the shower watering can, the shower is falling apart from all sides. Then we were moved to # 6 on the second floor, it was cool there, you could warm up with air conditioning. This time, the same 2 single beds were pushed together. There was no shower curtain. Both rooms are very austere: 2 beds, one bedside table and a wardrobe. There were few hangers in the second room, we took them from the first one. The bed linen was slightly stained, the beds were without a blanket. There is not a single chair in the room, no table, no water to drink. The TVs in both rooms were not working. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious in the master's house, just in the wing at the back entrance. It's kind of awkward that the owner's family and children are there. In the evening, you can come to drink tea, but you feel as if you came to visit without an invitation. We spent 2.5 nights there. The garbage was never thrown out of the room.

I strongly do not recommend it!!!!! You can take the price-quality ratio of the fact that it is located in an old courtyard, which you need to go through a smelly corridor and the absence of glasses, a table, a chair, even one bedside table for two in the room. But this shower head is just an abomination. The linen and towels are washed, even with holes. There were 4 steps on the floor in socks and the socks were dirty. Breakfasts are just terrible - a set of some incomprehensible cold pastries and scrambled eggs from 1 egg. One tangerine and half a banana. When the water was turned off in Bukhara in the evening and until we asked for at least a supply of water to wash, we did not even think about the inconveniences of the guests. And they heat it so on the ground floor that even the window is open all the time does not help. But this shower will remain a terrible memory forever 🤦🏻♀️ 2 stars only for the location close to the sights.

The location of the hotel is great! On a quiet street, without fuss.but the Ark Fortress is 3 minutes away, and the old town center is 7 minutes away. The terrace above is with a great view.Breakfast is served there in the morning.It's quite satisfying.It is cool and windy on the terrace in the morning. The rooms are small, the beds are hard- but this is almost everywhere in Uzbekistan. There is a boiler in the bathroom, hot water is always available, but it is difficult to set it up - either very hot or cold.There are 3 towels per person, but to change them, you need to ask the owners.

We liked the guest house - it has a good location relative to the sights, it is located in the very center. The room was clean and comfortable, if possible - we would recommend adding a table to the room, a refrigerator in the common area. Breakfast is served on the upper terrace overlooking the main square, the breakfast itself is varied and delicious, takes place in the form of a buffet. We spent three days here with pleasure, thanks to the hosts.

The hotel looks good for a family guest house, the rooms are clean, the hospitality does not smell. In the evening, the lights went out in half of the hotel, we spent the evening, night and morning in the dark, did not wash, did not go to the toilet. All gadgets are discharged. The hotel staff did nothing but offer us a flashlight. Upon departure, they asked for a discount for not convenience, but the owner refused, or rather threw off 20 thousand sums, which is 150 rubles. Apparently, he considered this inconvenience insignificant.

We visited Aziz and his family for 3 nights in May. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower is comfortable, there were no problems with the water. In the morning, we were served a wonderful breakfast on the roof terrace of the house, which offers a beautiful view of the main sights of Bukhara. The location was very pleasant, everything that attracts so much in this city is nearby.
