The location is great! Near the embankment, metro, two shopping centers, many coffee shops.
You can walk to the center in 30 minutes.
The hostess is very charming, she met me very well. The room was large and clean.
The only thing that upset me was the hot water. Or rather dancing with tambourines to make her appear. And then, I had to wash in barely warm clothes. When it was +5 outside, it was very annoying. Cold.
Plus, the location.
Will we come back here again? No. Would we recommend this place of accommodation? No.
Yes, there are mosquitoes. They give out fumigators, it saves. But the mosquitoes will not disappear, because of the idiotic layout of the bathroom.node.
Yes, it is relatively clean, but we have something to compare it with.
They tricked us into canceling our reservation, ostensibly on our behalf, apparently in order not to pay the Booking fee. The question arises, then why work with Booking at all if you do not agree with their terms? YES, we didn't lose anything, but the sediment remained (and on the reputation of this location in the first place).
At the end of the stay, they tried to talk me into writing a good review (almost under supervision). I'm sorry, please, but we are for honesty.
As one good person says, "do it normally - it will be fine." Work honestly and everything will be fine!

We stayed at this hotel (formerly called Nisami Street Hotel). The location is really good, but that's it. The rooms are poorly equipped, there is not even a kettle in the room. The administration is impolite and most likely they are carrying out some kind of manipulation with bookings. Do not tell them the pincodes from the booking. Also pay attention to the accounts that write positive reviews about the hotel - most often this is the only review from the account.
