The negative reviews are surprising, for such a price, an excellent hotel for one or two nights. Yes, it's far from Milan, but there is everything you need nearby: supermarkets and delicious restaurants with low prices for food and wine. And the most important thing is that the hotel staff does not forbid bringing their drinks and snacks to their dining room. Order snacks from them and drink any delicious supermarket wines in excellent conditions.

The hotel is old, the plumbing is dead.
They asked for an iron, they didn't give it to me, the hair dryer barely works, it's old from the 70s. There are no slippers . The balcony is dirty, the shower is in terrible condition.
We also took 2 apples for breakfast on the way, the waiter was not too lazy to follow us to the 3rd floor and demand their return)) although we lived for a day and refused the second because of the terrible conditions. 135 euros were not returned to us for an unused day.
Since the information was distorted to us, the hotel was not located in the central part and not within walking distance. It's a 4-hour walk. And a taxi to Milan and back costs an average of 140 euros, so we had to leave a day earlier. We lost a plane ticket and 135 euros for a room and a taxi.
I don't recommend it.

It is very far from Milan, questionable service, but EXCELLENT audibility from neighboring rooms, from the corridor and from the street.
You can't drink a cocktail in the dining room, but you have to bring a glass back!
I do not recommend this hotel at all.

July 2019. We booked a room with Parking (guarded, there is a canopy, but not everywhere). The room is average: not chic, breakfast was included (croissants, sandwiches, breakfast cereals, tea/coffee). Milan is 20-30 minutes away by car. Arrived at 2 a.m. (accepted without problems). We spent only 1 night, so there were no special impressions. As a transit hotel, it is excellent.
