I think this place is a decent hotel, it was nice to be in the room and I didn't want to get out of bed at all) The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, wardrobe, TV, shower and toilet, a double bed with 2 bedside tables, chairs and a table. The only thing that was a little stuffy even with the window open (room 306), maybe the sunny side because. The receptionist Svetlana cooked very tasty French fries with nuggets and vegetables (right downstairs, it is very convenient when you can eat in the hotel itself). I will definitely stay here again. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, as well as to the lake in the other direction)

He lived in a single room. There is a refrigerator. The room is quite free, with a wide bed. There is a shower, but you won't get hot water!! (((... Therefore, such an assessment. There is a TV, but only with five Belarusian channels. It's a little boring... There is a Wi-Fi connection.... Downstairs, at the entrance, there is a small cafe with a couple of tables. For breakfast, you can eat pancakes or shawarma for an additional fee. The staff is good... There is a self-service car wash nearby ((( and some kind of car service, so sometimes it is noisy. It's good that at least they don't wash cars at night!) ... There is a parking lot that is not guarded with free exit and entry. In general, with such a poor choice of hotels in this city, you can spend the night!)

He came alone on a motorcycle. Nice receptionist girl, cozy clean room, reasonable prices. Food and water on the ground floor. Parking in the courtyard, that night there was an event in the hall - the gates were open, cars drove into the territory. Through the flowerbeds past the fence, you can roll out a motorcycle. There is a camera on the gate. I would like to have closed gates and more cameras at night. I will definitely come again, and not alone. I recommend it!

We stopped by with my family to have a snack there in the cafe at the hotel. There are no frills on the menu, but it is very tasty and budget-friendly. Pancakes with stuffing, dumplings, desserts. Everything is fresh and very satisfying.
We wouldn't have found it ourselves without a tip from a local friend.

We ordered a standard room for two, from August 2 to August 3, 2022.
Of the advantages: only 34 rubles per day, the furniture is quite normal, the TV in the room is modern (those who like to watch TV in hotels will appreciate it). In the bathroom, everything is as it should be - cute towels, disposable soap accessories, toilet paper. Parking was free, the car was parked close to the entrance.
I really liked the warm-hearted and sweet woman in the cafeteria downstairs, who cooked breakfast for us in the morning. The pancakes with cottage cheese and pancakes were quite tasty, and the coffee was also pleasant. What the owners of the hotel clearly need to finalize: the plumbing in the room either forgot to clean before our arrival, or it is customary here - there are divorces, it is clear that the sponge with cleaning agent did not touch the sink and shower for more than one day) Or the maid did not do the cleaning as diligently as she would like.
In general, to put on a cleaning gloss - and it will be great, especially considering the low price per room.
