If we consider this place as a flophouse or a dorm, then it is tolerable. But there is no hotel. The interior remains from the time of Lenin's grandfather (the commandant too). There was no hot water, which they tried to keep quiet about. Then they said that it would be in the morning (they did not give it). The plumbing is very old. But there is a pond with goldfish. Parking for a reasonable fee. Scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast.

We stayed with my husband in November 2019. A 3-star hotel. WiFi, it doesn't really catch, there is no battery, repairs from the post-Soviet period. Well, it seems that something is being slowly repaired.
It offended us that the receptionists, the receptionists, by the way, the Russian ladies, cheated us with breakfast. We lived for 5 days and only then learned from the maid that we were entitled to breakfast, for which we paid. It was very insulting, we came from Russia and did not know about the rules of the hotel.
P. S The money was never returned to us, they said it was their own fault, you do not know our rules ...
