It looks like a hotel only from the outside, inside there is no respect for the guests. We checked into room 616 While passing through Orsha - the room is an average prehistoric TV, the buttons on the remote control are completely erased, the mattresses are creaky, the furniture is dirty and dirty. We were even afraid to sit on a chair and an armchair so as not to get dirty, and the worst thing is that two healthy men were met by one small piece of soap after a long journey!!! at the same time, there are no disposable shampoos, freshener, or even TOILET PAPER!!! there was nothing in the room that we found out about only at night. Very bad, photos are attached.

The hotel is good. The only thing is very poorly cleaned. The shower cabin is not cleaned at all, all the doors are dirty. Dust on sockets, switches, doors creak, cabinet dangles! Pros- a smoking room on the 4th floor, a cafe, a restaurant nearby, open after 21.00! Well, in general, it's a good place to relax, wash up! The city center, a bank nearby, a large market, many shops! We liked it!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They let me in for the night without the original passport, they forgot it in the car in the parking lot. The price is reasonable per room. But the room is not at all fancy. The blinds are broken, the TV did not work, the bed is not comfortable, the floors are dirty.

One night in December in a room with an unregulated double-glazed window cost back myositis. It was very cold in the bathroom - I did not dare to take a shower, the ventilation outlet was sealed with film and tape. There was no extra blanket in the room. The rooms are clean.
In case of similar problems, I recommend contacting the reception immediately - employees go to a meeting, promptly respond to comments, up to relocation to another room. Wi-Fi is available, stable.
I would like to wish the Hotel to prevent the treatment of guests, and not to react to them.

The usual post-Soviet hole. The bed is creaking all over. The mattress is full of holes. The laundry is washed, it seems clean, but I would not call it fresh. The shower is terrible. The ceiling is mildewed, you can't hang a watering can.. the taps are all in lime.. In general, you can spend the night off the highway, alone, without family, with your eyes closed, without touching anything and preferably without lying naked in bed!!

I don't know who gives 5 stars to this hotel, it's a terrible place. Grandmother's furniture, a square TV from the noughties, dirty Soviet carpets, old blankets, pillows and linen. No hair dryer, no slippers, no iron in the room. All the pipes are clogged, the water does not drain. In general, it's not very clean ... I don't even really want to touch everything)) The phone is not working, the Internet is not working. It's blowing out of the window, the blue blinds are hanging in pieces, it's cold in the room. Drunken guests scream from the windows at night. The audibility is terrible!!! In the morning at 8 o'clock, they already started drilling and knocking something. Taking into account the fact that some non-humans were screaming until two in the morning, it was not possible to rest.
Stuck at 90 in general. Of the advantages, the only thing is that you can eat on the spot in a cafe on the 2nd floor is quite tolerable, well, the city center. In general, a dull hotel and the city is the same ... modernity will not come here soon.

Hello everyone, I decided to deposit my 5 kopecks. And so, I spent that night at the Orsha hotel. I liked absolutely everything. Friendly staff, atmosphere. Special attention is paid to the door locks on the map. Very convenient, I attached a card and the door opened. And it's impossible to open it from the outside, as if the lock is broken. A very thoughtful option. It's an hour's leisurely walk from the train station. So I advise you.

A good hotel on a regional scale, clean, cozy. There is a Wi-Fi connection. However, the refrigerator is only more expensive in the rooms. TVs suck, with a tube, no cable. It is convenient to take a King size, a bed for two, and for 47 rubles. Close to the center. But, there is no mosquito net and any green stuff can fly into the light.

It's a complete mess. Sockets are torn out of the walls, black mold in the bathroom, bed linen smells musty, it's scary to touch anything, everything is either dirty or falling apart. The aunts who work here were sharpened in the USSR and have the watchman syndrome. NEVER stop here!!!
