The hotel is located in the center of Bologna, but has a rather tired look. If there are still traces of splendor on the ground floor: beautiful furniture, paintings, painted ceilings, then there are broken hangers in the room, a broken light bulb, a telephone wire pulled out, a very small bathroom. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room. There is also no cooler on the floor or in the hotel. On the ground floor there is a vending machine, a cat.pours boiling water for money.
The hotel staff is not very attentive. I asked for an iron - they didn't give it, I asked to fix the light bulb - they promised and didn't do it. I asked to pack breakfast with me, because I was leaving early, they also refused.
