This is a great place both in terms of location and service. Everything is at a high level. Buffet meals and service are unobtrusive but effective.
Pools, playgrounds, animation, and much more. And I was even more lucky, because the booking was at a discount when I found out that people were vacationing nearby at a higher price.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Beautiful view from the room, all rooms have a sea view. You see the sunrise and sunset every morning. Good room cleaning. Cozy halls, quiet. A good restaurant, good waiter service, everyone is very friendly, trying to please the guests. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. The director approaches all the guests and personally asks if everything is in order, what they don't like, and asks to contact them for all questions. I liked the recreation area of the pool-beach. There are always places on the sun beds where anyone likes. Entering the sea is not convenient for small children. But there is such a shore, it must be taken into account when choosing a hotel. Children who swim confidently will be fine. The underwater world is very beautiful. There is a diving club. There is an animation. Palma is 10 minutes away by bus, the bus stop is nearby

We were in June 2019.A wonderful quiet hotel for a family holiday. Russian-speaking and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. I recommend it to everyone. It won't work for party people.

I do not recommend it.We took money in advance for the safe (it's paid here!)and they said they didn't take it. At my urgent request to view the video cameras, they replied that the recording was NO LONGER there.(a week has passed).Breakfast is very hectic and you have to look for a free table all the time.
