Before writing about this hotel, I want to say right away that I came here to work remotely, and I definitely need the Internet to work. (I came with my parents) and the plans were to work while they were riding, so it was very important for me that the Internet worked in the room so as not to sit at the reception all day. And now let's continue about my arrival, the pros and cons.
We arrived in the morning, around 9:00, left our things at the hotels and went for a walk. We walked until 13:00, and came to the hotel at about 13:30, we realized that it was still early, but we agreed to wait at the reception for half an hour, especially since there was Internet.
I was very surprised that when we arrived, our room was already ready, and we waited there for absolutely nothing in time. Lobi had the Internet and he caught it perfectly. I remember that I came here to work remotely while my parents were skiing. So in the first building of Patkovski, he caught perfectly, and I also thought, I was even sure that he would work in our room. But, we were settled in another building. When I came to the first building, I immediately asked about the Internet, and they told me the password and login. BUT when they gave us the room keys from the second building, they did not tell us at all that there was another Internet connection and that this one did not catch.
I came to the room, started to get in touch, nothing at all. I ran to ask in the first building, they deigned to inform me that there was a different username, but the password was the same. Okay, fine, thanks. I ran back. Try. It catches in the hallway, not in the room itself, but if so, then why is there no place in the small hallway where you can sit down. At the same time, they promised to move the Internet closer to my number, and did not fulfill the promise at all. It was the first day, and there were still two full days left before departure.
The second day began with the fact that when I woke up in the morning, I found that a message had arrived at night, that is, at night, somehow it turned on. I went into the hallway, and I kind of worked in the hallway too. I decided to move a hard bench into the hallway, and began to work here.
The third day, I decided to watch the series, yesterday everything was fine. And today the MacBook was discharged, I moved closer to charging, but the Internet was no longer catching there. Regarding charging, be careful too. I put the MacBook on charge for the first day, put the MacBook on charge for the second day, the charges sparkle. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for a vacation!
The fourth day, I went down to the first building in the evening to work, as I remind you there is no Internet in the room. When I had already worked, I left, I asked what time I had to vacate the room tomorrow. As they say, it would be better not to ask. They said before 11:00, not believing their ears, asked "are you kidding me?", they pointed to an ad that says that at 11:00 in the morning there is an eviction, and at 14:00 check-in. SO I'M SORRY, THEY HAVE TO CLEAN UP FOR THREE HOURS? I was in the room for the first half of all these days. And the cleaners came, it took them two minutes to clean up and get out, what the fuck are they doing for five hours?"
In the final part of the last paragraph, I want to say, if you are eating, skiing, and you are not in the room from morning to evening, then in principle you can consider this hotel option, although you will have to carry skis not close to the slides. If you are going to relax and work at the hotel, I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially the second building, in which the Internet does not catch shit. Oh, yes, if you tell them that the Internet is not working in the room, they promise to move the modem closer to your room, but they won't do a damn thing! And, for a moment, in normal hotels, check-out is at 12:00, and in ideal ones, you can generally leave things before departure.
Overall, it's not bad. Close to the center, the lifts. We were in the second building, there is no elevator, on the top floor. The room was tired, the light was dim, there was no lamp (wires were sticking out of the wall), the heated towel rail in the shower did not work. But we must pay tribute, the room was cleaned every day, the staff was friendly, good drying for ski equipment.
