A clean, comfortable hotel.
It's good for business travelers. There is not a very large variety of breakfast. But nearby, a few steps away, there is an embankment, several excellent cafes.

Excellent location of the hotel, near the park and the river. The rooms have a great view of the park. The restaurant on the top floor also has a wonderful view, but the food leaves much to be desired. The price for both the rooms and the restaurant is very adequate.

In general, everything is done very well. Both the cost and the service. The only complaint about plumbing. There is no pressure, in the morning the hot water has to be drained for 10 minutes, the faucets flow, the grout on the tile and the sealant have become black from moisture. For some, this may not be critical and may be compensated by a fairly low room rate. Everything else is on the level.

Great hotel! True, it's not cheap, but that's if you only take a suite or junior suite. Clean, cozy, new furniture. That's what really let them down, so it's breakfast. There is no fantasy, porridge and scrambled eggs. There is no menu. And about butter, not butter at all. Well, it's not bad.

The hotel is clean and cozy. But the repair is apparently fresh, it does not smell like the best levkas. However, on the second day you already get used to this fragrance (Hot water does not appear immediately, you wait a long time and this is exactly when you wanted to go to bed early! I lived in 51 rooms, on the second day I woke up with a terrible headache (I didn't find the reason right away... As it turned out, I was blown by a direct stream of cold air from the street for two days in a row, literally (it was warm on the street for the first day, apparently that's why I didn't notice right away). There was a hole in the wall through which the pipe from the air conditioner runs and you could see the street and this is in the month of November!!! However, everything was quickly changed, but I had to call the reception twice. And one more of the radiators is for beauty, for the general background, you will not get heat from it.
When I checked out at the reception, they said that allegedly this hole was closed with something, allegedly one of the guests probably took it out when it was hot in the summer and this despite the fact that there is an air conditioner there, I have never heard a more stupid excuse, I allowed this lovely woman to make a fool of me, just to do not swear and do not spoil your mood with an already spoiled painful morning.
P.S: (for the administration) Don't come up with stupid excuses that you wouldn't believe yourself! Fulfill your obligations to the fullest, so that there is nothing to complain about. If people allow you to deceive them, it doesn't mean that they are stupid, but just the opposite. Think about it. In this situation, just a sincere apology would be enough and you wouldn't have to make a fool of yourself by coming up with tall tales. After all, it is much more profitable to make fools of everyone around than to admit your mistake. Good luck to you!
P.S: (for guests) Perhaps it's only in this issue that such a fairy tale was not present in others, but it was enough for me
