We were there for 8 days, and we made a discount. The service is excellent, the breakfast is excellent. My brother came to visit, but there were no places in the hotel, they allowed me to leave him in my room and even allowed me to have breakfast for free. I am very pleased with this hotel and the staff, thank you!

I personally have not used the services of the Plaza Hotel. My friends who used the Plaza's services were very pleased. My friends have good impressions about the comfort of the hotel and the staff!

In my opinion, a hotel without stars will do for business travelers. It was clean, warm, there were towels, the bed was comfortable enough, but there was nothing but soap from the toiletries. Breakfast - you can't go hungry, modestly, but tasty.

I recently visited them again. we changed a lot of things and the staff steals personal belongings from the guests, I forgot my jacket and there were personal items in my pocket, the jacket was returned and then forcibly, but the thing was gone. there are no bath plugs in the rooms and the hair dryer is still the only one for the whole hotel.

Terrible hotel! Probably the worst hotel in Uzbekistan!!! There is dirt in the rooms, cockroaches are running everywhere, the toilet is broken, the shower does not work, the taps are leaking, there is not enough hot water for 2 people to swim. Before that, we were in Ferghana in hotels, so this is generally the difference between heaven and earth! In Ferghana, it's like being in a European hotel, and in Andijan, it's like a hostel. Even in a hostel, it's probably better. We were very sorry that we stayed at this hotel, but there was simply nowhere to go already, the night was outside.

Positive. A clean bed. Furniture. Cosy. Location. There is coffee and tea in the room. Barlos Cafe is nearby. Minuses. Carpets need to be renewed or dry-cleaned. Speed up the Internet. Breakfast is a little meager compared to CaravanSerai. And this is normal. I recommend it!!!

There is a pungent smell in the rooms with chemicals, it seems that the smell of tobacco was removed. The rooms are clean. There is not enough breakfast for everyone in the morning. You need to come early by 7 o'clock. When asked why there is nothing at 8 o'clock, they answer that they have eaten everything.
