It's a good place, but you need to keep in mind that the air conditioners work poorly, you can only drink water from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and in no case pour it with you, despite the fact that there are no shops nearby at all. The kitchen is good, but if it's more than a week, it gets boring. The entertainment is mediocre. You can say there is no beach at all, it seems to be there, but there are stones and a huge amount of algae, you need to go to another place to swim, walk for about 15-20 minutes, but when it's hot it seems terribly long. There is nothing to do there without a car, and considering that if you take a car not at the hotel, parking is 2 euros per hour, and cars in hotels start from 60 euros and they simply do not insure cars for trips to Catania, they will be stolen anyway. It is better to forget about public transport, it has a very inconvenient schedule. And it should be remembered that there are no curbs on local roads and rules in other things too, you have to be very careful when moving. Well, be careful on excursions, take care of your money and yourself. Restaurants are better visited for locals, very tasty and not expensive, a hearty lunch for four cost 55 euros. As it is, this is a good place for relaxation and new experiences.
The hotel is reasonable in price/quality. The buffet is normal, for four. The beer is slightly diluted. The shrimps are artificial, made from fish. Otherwise, for a not very high cost, you can relax.
I liked everything, but the access to the polluted sea overshadowed everything! Excursions to the nearest cities were an expensive pleasure. There are no footpaths to the nearest settlements, only by transport! And so, it is acceptable: price - quality!
