The hotel has its own small parking lot, and that's good. Interesting interior decoration, granite/marble, as in Turkish hotels. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Clean, but nice cleaners need to be reminded that you live in a room.....))) We arrived again, got into the same room, I thought they would read my review, make a conclusion, but no. Long hair in towels, lying all over the floor, not nice. The shower is torn off.

Hello everyone! I stayed at this hotel for a day on August 28. I stopped by late (I was walking for a long time), I was met and quickly settled in. The room cost 30000tenge corresponds. The only thing I had questions about sanfayans (white friend), although the installation was done fine with it, the shape is disgusting. By the way, it is clear that the hotel is being renovated and this is especially noticeable when you leave the room on the balcony-the facade is being replaced. The buffet breakfast is modest, but there is something to choose from. Parking for a car is also available. So I recommend it, it's not a bad hotel.

The room is nice, good noise insulation, comfortable bed, but Wi-Fi does not work in the room. They said they would fix it today, we'll see. By the way, they offered to move to another room, it's a plus, but I've already unpacked my suitcase and I really don't want to move all this to another room. Despite some kind of customer orientation, the staff most of all raises questions. They don't pay attention to you in the restaurant, she went to get the menu, waited a long time for my order to be accepted, she went to pay off. I did not like the food in the restaurant, the coffee is not delicious, the breakfasts are also for 3. The receptionists at the reception, well, please be more friendly, well, they are not at all happy with the guests, there is already a desire to leave the hotel. The Wi-Fi has not been fixed😂 And the cleaning is disgusting.
