Upon arrival at the hotel, we are greeted (at our choice) with tea, nuts, cookies and wine. We took our time and emptied the bottle of wine with pleasure. The lobby of the hotel is decorated a la "expensive-rich". There is a patio. Breakfast was included, in addition to the usual breakfast set, there were milk, fruits, and nuts. The children were eating their cereal.
I recommend the hotel. I would even give her 4 stars if there were bathrobes.
The location of the hotel also suited me, 10 minutes of walking and you're on the central square. And there you can walk everywhere and everywhere, and photos with Haja Nasruddin from different angles, both during daylight and at night.

The hotel is not bad, everything is necessary, we were on the third floor, it's great, I can't say about the first floors, the audibility is great, there are ashtrays on the inner terrace, respectively, if they smoke there, then it's better not to open the windows on the ground floor. There are Russian channels, in general it is good. The location is not far from the old town, good. It is not profitable to change money at the hotel. The breakfast is not bad, there is a choice, including fruits, we had grapes, bananas, persimmons, melons.

The hotel is located in the city center, 10 min walk to the old town. Those arriving at the hotel are greeted at the reception with tea, fruits, sweets and a glass of local wine. In the lobby and in the hall of the restaurant there are cages with birds that are constantly chirping. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a fridge and a kettle and coffee maker. I leave a bottle of water per person. But there is no coffee, sugar or tea. But upon request, they bring fresh water and tea leaves to the reception. There is a good TV in the room, but it does not catch Russian channels. The breakfasts are delicious, sweets, porridge, scrambled eggs, samsa, sausages, vegetables and bruterbrods with red and black caviar. The only drawback is that by 9 o'clock the dishes are cold, they are not heated.
Many thanks to the employee Alexey, he helped with advice on where to go, where to eat, and talked about Bukhara. All the staff at the reception and in the breakfast room are very attentive, ready to provide any assistance.

Perhaps the best hotel of its category in Uzbekistan from those where I have ever been. And I have never met such a sincere attitude of the staff anywhere (having traveled more than 20 countries).
If I return to Bukhara, there will be no question of where to stay.

The feeling that I got into an oriental fairy tale. I really liked the hotel: excellent service, delicious breakfasts, cleanliness in the rooms. Stayed with colleagues for three nights in November 2023 from November 15 to November 18. Warm welcome: tea and sweets were immediately served in the lobby, things were brought from the bus to the room, towels were changed every day. To all the oriental flavor in the design, live birds and plants., a patio for relaxing and tea drinking. From the historical center about 1km (15-20 minutes at a slow pace). I recommend it!

The hotel is a 10-15-minute walk from the historical center of Bukhara. Modern, everything is new. The room is very large, I had a balcony facing the roadway. A very good breakfast, lots of cages with chirping parrots, the staff are smart and very polite. Plastic windows and doors let in a little cold air in December, but there was an air conditioner that worked in heating mode.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2023. Good location of the hotel, close to restaurants, opposite the liquor store. Wonderful guys work at the reception. We found a super guide to Bukhara. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms are small, but everything is there. In the evening, you can sit in the lobby, they treat you to tea and delicious food.

Good location. 15min walk to the square. 10 min by taxi to the airport. Responsive staff. A decent breakfast. A very cozy courtyard.
For 3* it is decent, the rooms are clean, everything works. BUT it's time to change the style of the hotel, as if they returned to the 90s)) lacquer furniture, an ordinary key, and the most interesting thing is when you go out into the black corridor from the room, and the switch is at the other end of the corridor.

The rooms and staff are excellent. The biggest plus is the availability of a full bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet with porridge (this is important for us).
The only downside is the disgusting Wi-Fi. Apparently a "narrow" channel, because even under the router in the corridor, the pictures are not loaded.
