In my opinion, the rating in the booking services and in the maps is clearly overestimated. An old building with all the "ensuing" negative consequences: the floors are fastened, it is cold in the bathrooms, a long wait for hot water, etc. The price is also too high. One of the advantages is the location closer to the city center, there is free Parking nearby (near the Crib)
