Not a bad hotel. The rooms are old, of course, but clean and quite comfortable. Good, hearty breakfasts. A varied selection of food. There is a room on the ground floor where you can iron things. Of course, it would be more convenient if an iron was given in the room. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a market nearby. The shops. The exchanger is right across the street. There is a large park nearby with many attractions. The metro is located behind the park, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, clean rooms, a good refrigerator that fits a lot, in the rest it is mini bars and not refrigerators, daily cleaning, the most important thing is a convenient location, 5 minutes to the metro through the park, there is also a grocery store - basket. We arrived with our family at the rohat hotel, the rooms are clean, cozy, because of this I put 4, but starting from the reception, the most important thing is when we went down for breakfast in the morning, the waiter SHOKHRUKH MAMATZHONOV, NOT SHAVED, NOT NEAT, immediately began to be rude, insulting, using obscene language! Dear managers, administrators, unfortunately we had to go in the morning and did not find you, but please keep in mind because of such incompetent employees, I will leave a photo of your employee below, it is unpleasant to be in your hotel! And the mood has turned to zero (0) because of your employees. And also, to all visitors, I want to say, think before you come to this hotel, they know how to spoil your mood for you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THE ROHAT HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!

A good hotel, good cleaning, good breakfasts, pleasant administrators (politely, culturally, respectfully help)
The only complaint is the sealed balcony doors (air conditioning, of course, is a good thing, but sometimes you want fresh air and see the surroundings not through the window)

There is no child's chair in the hotel, this is nonsense. Children's chairs are now available even in the simplest cafes. But the room with a double bed has one single blanket. How are 2 people supposed to sleep under it? The air conditioner aimed directly at the bed cannot be turned off. There's some kind of low-frequency noise from the street all the time, like an industrial air conditioner on the wall. It's hard to sleep. The audibility is terrible, as if there is no door, everything behind the door is audible.

The most important drawback is that you will not be checked into the hotel without paying for the first day in Sumy!!! They don't care that you arrived at night, and there is no way to exchange money in the country!
Another of the minuses: meat-free breakfasts (lilac sausage does not count) and very hard beds!
Advantages: location (near a large beautiful park, market, supermarket and stadium)

I don't recommend it... Expensive hangers are not enough the kitchen is a mess in the morning! The receptionist was told to call a taxi and to wait near the exit....No need to say yandex taxi will come quickly... And I have to tell you where we're going to eat.... On November 25, at night, who was at the reception, he was sitting in the middle... The favor does more!!! QR code check was not given!!!

Дорого. Завтрак почти без выбора. Кто опоздал тот останется без завтрака. Номера маленькие. С читотой и расположением всё впорядке. Персоналу хорошо было бы быть более вежливым.

Был в течение сутки во время рамадан, сотрудники гостиницы были очень любезными, чистота супер, а для тех ктодержал пост было приготовлено очень вкусная еда на вкус

Рохат ГОСТИНИЦА чистая весь персонал активный питание 3 разовое все вкусно и сытно. хороший район. И цена не дорогая! WELCOME

Не очень понравилась гостиница. Грязновато в номере. Очень жесткие матрасы. Сами по себе номера не самые свежие. Есть балкон, но на него не выйти потому, что дверь без ручки. Завтраки так себе. Цена не соответствует качеству.
Но, персонал приятный, думаю это главный плюс.
Резюмируя - точно можно найти вариант дешевле и лучше.

Хорошая гостиница, wi fi, завтраки и благожелательный персонал как во всем Ташкенте. По цене не знаю, мне оплачивали гостиницу. Рядом рынок и много кафе.

Уже совсем старый отель... В номерах не всегда работают кондиционеры... Пора бы уже сделать ремонт, поменять половой настил, вентиляция устарела... Короче, подустал отель...

Этот гостиница так себе. Не 5 звёзд. Но там номера вполне удобно комфортно и все есть. Я советую эту гостинину. Так как там чисто и персонал вежливый

Не плохое местоположение, хороший персонал на рисепшене. Но, ужасный запах стоит в номерах, как будто заселяют после того как в одном номере переночевали 8 человек. Волосы в постели. Замурованный болкон, нет доступа для выхода на балкон, отвратительные сан.узлы. Завтрак до 9:30 и не обновляют.

Номера хорошие, завтраки отличные, одно смущает если приехал ночью, на ресепшене сидят парни которые не знают русский язык, и горничная заходит без стука и предупреждения! А так в целом все понравилось, локация очень удобная все в пешей доступности, рядом есть метро.
