A pleasant hotel in the city center, not too luxurious, but overall leaves a good impression. The breakfasts are average, but at the same level for their price. Pleasant staff, good sound insulation.

Great hotel. Calm, polite, friendly staff. Especially Director Yana and Sonya. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. Convenient location in the city. The desire to return to the hotel when arriving in Karlovy Vary next time.
