A very ambiguous place.
We didn't choose it ourselves, we settled it as part of the tour. The room was small, but with a balcony and clean. In general, if you upgrade the rooms, it will be very normal.
When checking in, the girls from the group got a room without a window, they asked if it was possible to check into another one, to which the hostess replied that there were no rooms. Then the version changed and she said that the girls did not ask to move. So the legend can really change.)
Changed her attitude towards the hostess Anya when, upon arrival from Batumi back to Tbilisi, they asked her to leave her things before leaving for the airport, since it takes literally 20 minutes to get to the airport there. She allowed me to leave my things, but she didn't take any money for it. We went for a walk around the city, we were very tired + a friend got sick, came back here and asked for a room for a couple of hours to rest. Anya, when she found out that her friend was getting sick, showed almost maternal care, barely took payment for the room for a couple of hours, brought tea with lemon, offered medicines, tried to help with all her might. I left the impression of a good person.
And they also set such breakfasts for two that you can feed a company of hungry men, and it was really delicious.
The location to the metro is the only plus of this whole hotel.
We chose the hotel because of the pool, as a result, no one warned that the pool was not working, they offered to visit the sauna for 30 GEL (small, almost does not heat up)
We chose a deluxe room in the expectation that it would be in good condition (the handles on the doors jam terribly, you have to wait for 20 minutes for hot water, it's dirty, it's clear that the room hasn't been cleaned for a week or more, there were hairs on the bed, sunflower peels, the bed itself is not much stripped, the gels provided by the hotel have already been used...) the room itself is not particularly in good condition, everything is very old, there is no sound insulation at all …
I booked a room at the booking office, a stranger met me, as it turned out, the hostess brought me to the room, and he was different - not the one that I had booked. I ask why, I show her the photo, she starts lying that these are old photos, they were taken a long time ago. I show her a photo of the one she's trying to move me into and the one I've booked. Here the legend changes - once the guests have not left yet, she has not met anyone like me for a long time, there is a war here, people asked to let them in, how to refuse them... and I will make a claim. If you don't like it, he says, cancel your reservation and go. I was just shocked by this attitude... The rooms are all small and dusty. They offered another room - all smoky. Nasty people
